Comfortable holiday home, built in 2014 in a quiet beautiful location. 38m² of living space. Ideal Space for 4 people, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom shower / WC. Living room with direct access to the garden. Wood burning stove. Large partly covered terrace and large sun terrace. And especially for fishing enthusiasts a place to clean fish and a great smoker with which you can prepare your fish freshly caught. Well maintained fully fenced plot alone 400m.² Ideal for holiday with your dog. Parking spaces at the house. 2 bikes are also available (Damenrad / gents)

The house is newly built. Accordingly, the kitchen, the living area and the garden is fully equipped with all what you make more comfortable vacation. From coffee up to the toaster, tea sets, complete crockery and cooking utensils extensive incl. 2 ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer etc. everything is there. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are included in the rental. Radio, 1 TV (satellite), you can also continue to participate in the events and on the sun terrace has sun loungers. The barbecue is easy to use and the charcoal grill for your first night is of course included. Right on the lake there are wonderful hiking water picnic areas, public beaches and jetties to the culinary specialties of the region. The house also includes 2 bikes men / women. Boats can be rented in the city harbor Neukalen

Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen. Nur das Badezimmer ist etwas sehr klein. Der Garten ist voll eingezäunt und daher war er sehr ideal für unseren Hund. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Hafen ist nicht weit entfernt und dort gibt es ein Restaurante mit leckerem Essen. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt.

Wir und unsere Hündin haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Kamin hat uns die Abende sehr wohlig gemacht.

Haus klein aber fein

Das Haus ist schon ziemlich klein, (,besonders das Badezimmer)aber es gibt trotzdem alles. Der Wohnzimmerteil ist wie ein Wintergarten aufgebaut, mit großen Fenstern und Blick in den schönen, eingezäunten Garten. Wir waren halt im November da und konnten die schöne Terrasse nicht nutzen, dafür aber den Kaminofen, der es sehr heimelig machte. Ab 16 Uhr war die Anreise möglich. Pünktlich um 16 Uhr verließ die Putzfrau das Häuschen,also frühere Anreise ist zwecklos. Haben wir im November anderswo noch nicht erlebt. Die Umgebung ist sehr einsam. Und auf keinen Fall " Bei Molli" essen. Qualitativ glatte 6!! Lokal am Hafen können wir dagegen empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns mit unserem Hund Ronja aber wohlgefühlt.

Viel Schönes

Gemütliches, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Häuschen mit tollem, hundefreundlichem Garten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sogar einen Ventilator hat uns der Vermieter auf Nachfrage noch besorgt. Dankeschön :-) Der kleine Hafen an der Peene ist nur 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Dort kann man verschiedene Boote mieten. Spaziergang mit Hund kann man vom Haus aus direkt in einen angrenzenden Wald unternehmen. Auch zum Radfahrern gut geeignet. Ausflüge in der Nähe sind gut möglich. Zur Ostsee dauert es gut eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit und hätten gerne 4,5 🌟 vergeben.

Haus genau wie beschrieben. Komplett eingezäunt. Für 2 Personen ist die Größe völlig ausreichend. Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück. Viele Ausflugsziel schnell erreichbar,auch zur Ostseeküste ist es nicht weit. Zu empfehlen auch die Gaststätte am Hafen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Urlaub mit den Hunden

Sehr schönes Objekt, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt! Unsere Hunde haben es genossen auf der Wiese zu liegen und sich die Sonne "auf den Bauch" scheinen zu lassen! Und auch wir konnten super entspannen, ob nun auf den Liegen, beim Grillen oder auch beim Fahrrad fahren! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Ein paar herrliche Tage

Ein wirklich gemütliches kleines Haus, mit nahezu allem was man braucht... na ja, fast alles. Wlan haben wir keines gefunden, aber das hat nicht wirklich gestört und auch die Bauarbeiten in Neukalen die einen ziemlich weiten Umweg notwendig machten waren kein großes Hindernis. Leider mussten wir aus familiären Gründen 3 Tage früher abreisen, aber es könnte durchaus sein, dass wir mal wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Mecklenburg Vorpommern

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist komplett eingezäunt, was besonders Vorteilhaft bei einem Urlaub mit Hund ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Besitzer (Fam. Winkler), wirklich an alles gedacht haben und dementsprechend alles vorhanden ist, was man benötigt. Als Beispiele seien nur aufgeführt: Hundenapf, Federballspiel, Backpapier, Filtertüten, Taschenlampen...

Het huisje was superschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien

Het huisje was leuk ingericht. Met 4 personen aan de krappe kant denk ik. Wij waren met 2en en 2 honden. Het weer was lekker. Als je van vissen houdt dan zit je er supergoed denk ik. Voor ons was er een beetje weinig te doen. Ik had mezelf voorgesteld dat het ongeveer net zo toeristisch zou zijn als aan de Bodensee maar eigenlijk is het bijna niet toeristisch daar. Dus als je gaat voor rust, natuur, vissen en een super uitgebreid ingericht huisje dan is het zeker een 10 waard

Im angegebenen Preis war alles enthalten, keinerlei Nebenkosten darüber hinaus. Ob Grill mit Grillkohle, Fahrräder, Handtücher und Bettwäsche: alles vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Allein das Wetter blieb dem Zufall überlassen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
