Enjoy your stay at THE HILLTOP HIDEOUT III, which is located directly above the famous Georgia Mountain Coaster inside of Helen, GA. This cozy chalet is the perfect destination spot for family or friends looking for an Alpine Adventure in a Bavarian Themed Town in Appalachia OR if you are looking for a "flexcation!" There is also a private office space for working while still getting away! Appreciate the beautiful hilltop view on a large patio while indulging in nature, grilling and having your favorite beverage. Take advantage of the multiple attractions, state parks, wineries, breweries, food, fishing, tubing, and family friendly activities. Don't forget to visit a few favorites: Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, Dukes Creek Falls, Yonah Mountain, Cool River Tubing, Helen Waterpark, Alpine Mini Golf, Dukes Creek Mines, Woody's Mountain Bikes, Alpine Fun Factory, Hardman Farm State Historic Sight, Charlemagne's Kingdom, and more!

Note, we named these Hilltop Hideout because they are located at the top of a hill. Walking to town is an option (my kids always choose it), but it is steep. Plan accordingly.

This place was amazing for our family of 5. Great communication with Karen, easy check in, clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of entertainment for the kids, loved the layout of the house, the cherry on the cake was snow while in the hot tub! 10/10 no need to look for another place. Our kids asked us to come back in the summer and we can't wait to return to this beautiful property/place.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. There is plenty of room and very well stocked. It is in walking distance to town but the walk is very steep. We would stay here again. It is in a great location and also has room for three cars.

We booked for a family get-a-way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was perfect with all the space needed. Perfectly located close enough to downtown but far away enough to feel like we were in the mountains. Property owner was communicative and responsive. This property is NEW and extremely nice and clean. It's furnished well and had so much room. The air conditioning works very good so bring an extra blankie. Our family had a blast and will definitely be back soon.
