A sea view, located 300 m from Nartelle beach, a real Provençal house surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden that can accommodate up to 6 people.Constitution of the house:A separate kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas stove and 2 induction hobs, fridge, freezer, cookware, kitchen utensils, etc.) Washing machine and dryer in the garage near the kitchen.The kitchen opens onto a terrace with garden furniture for lunch, at the back of the house overlooking the swimming pool.A through entrance to the two terracesA living / dining room with opening onto the terrace in front of the house, sea view, terrace with furniture (table chairs and garden furniture).A mezzanine with 140 cm bed. (click-clack in good condition).Night Side:A master suite with a 2 m bed, bathroom with two sinks and toilet. Storage cabinet .Two bedrooms with 160 cm bed and storage cupboard.A shower separate from the bathroom with two sinksAn independent toilet.Come swim in this large, secure 12 m x 6 m swimming pool, enjoy long moments of relaxation on the deckchairs in this garden very well maintained by the owner. It is a haven of peace.Sainte Maxime will welcome you in its center located by the sea with its restaurants, its bars, its casino, its ready-to-wear shops, its large market on Friday mornings. A holiday atmosphere under the sunYou want to go to Saint Tropez, direction the port of Sainte Maxime or a shuttle will take you to the port of Saint Tropez.Linen is not included in the rental (tenants are free to bring their own laundry).If you wish, a linen rental service will be offered to you.The kit will be billed at 30 euros per person per week and to be paid on the day of handing over the keys.
