Great location. Beautiful apt. Wonderful view. Sofas on the rooftop pretty old and broken. Double beds are with double linen, which you don’t want to share if you are friends/colllege. You would like your own douvet . We called the help center. Poor English but they said they would come with 4 extra linens for a cost? They never came.

Le agradecemos sinceramente el tiempo que se ha tomado para compartir su valoración. Nos alegra saber que ha disfrutado de la excelente ubicación, el apartamento y sus bonitas vistas. En relación con sus comentarios, quisiéramos aclarar que el apartamento fue revisado cuidadosamente antes de su llegada y se encontraba en buen estado. No obstante, tomamos nota de su observación sobre los sofás de la azotea para verificar su estado actual y realizar las mejoras que sean necesarias. Respecto al tema de la ropa de cama, queremos explicarle que, tal como es habitual, en las camas dobles se coloca ropa de cama doble. Si los huéspedes prefieren no compartir y solicitan juegos de sábanas o edredones adicionales, esto se considera un servicio extra, y como tal, conlleva un coste adicional. En su reserva ya se incluía el número correspondiente de juegos de cama y toallas, por lo que cualquier necesidad adicional no está contemplada en el precio abonado inicialmente. En cuanto al servicio solicitado, entendemos que no se llevó a cabo debido a que no se confirmó la aceptación del coste correspondiente, algo que es necesario para poder proceder con cualquier servicio adicional. Por último, con respecto al idioma, nuestro personal se esfuerza por comunicarse lo mejor posible en distintos idiomas para atender a nuestros huéspedes, y aunque su nivel de inglés pueda no ser perfecto, tenemos constancia de que la comunicación fue efectiva y clara. Agradecemos nuevamente su visita y sus comentarios, que siempre nos ayudan a seguir mejorando.

A beautiful villa/townhouse in the old town close to all amenities yet peaceful.

The location was excellent and the villa itself is beautiful and fully equipped for your stay. There is a problem with a couple of the showers. The water does not drain very well causing it to flood. This happened in the second floor shower room and the ground floor shower room. We advised Zap holiday who came out after the second flood and some sludge/ sand was removed but this is likely to be an ongoing issue. There was no bucket for the mop so it was difficult for us to clean up.
