Each of our studios are equipped with a 5-star queen size bed, TV, high speed internet access, bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and a dining / working table.

This studio measures 18m2 and offers an inner courtyard view, very quiet.

You can also benefit from our common lobby (shared with all 7 guests) to have a lunch or to work.

Our rooms are very comfortable and decorated with high quality furniture to make your stay in Paris outstanding.

Located at 10min walk from the Eiffel Tower and 3min walk from Metro Duplex, you can enjoy all Parisian areas very easily !

Wonderful location. 15 minutes walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Very clean! Only thing I didn't realize is that the living room/kitchen area is shared by 7 rooms. Room is very small with not much room for luggage. Shower is small. No air conditioning, but they did provide a fan. Could open windows while you were there, but no screens, so could not leave open while not there.

This worked out perfectly for us. It's a small studio that more than enough room for the two of us. For us it was just a place to stay since we were outside seeing most of the time. The host was great and there was easy to communication when I had any question. Responses through the app were very quick.
