Our place is steps to the beach, with a huge side yard, access to two community pools and is a true gem to simply unwind. Totally remodelled kitchen with quartz counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. You'll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the comfy beds. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

Five bedrooms all with HDTVs and 4 bathrooms (outdoor shower) in this Ocean Isle Oasis!

- Beach access directly across from house
- Heated outdoor shower
- Access to two community docks for kayak launching, paddle boards and fishing
- Dedicated workspace
- Queen sleep sofa
- Huge back deck with ocean views, great for coffee in the morning and outdoor dining in the evening

We do not supply sheets or towels, but there are comforters for each bed, plenty of extra pillows and blankets.

There are security cameras covering all parking areas, front and back doors.

Family Beach Trip 2025

This house is located in a quite Neiborhood near the south end of Ocean Isle Beach and is perfect for family vacations. If you are planning to vacation in the area, I would highly recommend this location!

Great vacation

Stay was wonderful only negative thing is the parking, but no fault of owners houses just crammed in one place. Short walk to pool and beach. Plenty of room in house we had a total of 10 staying , ages from 81 to 4. Would rent this home again.

Good house for large groups

We had a large group of 12 adults. This house was great for the group. The open living room and dining room ensured we could all be together when we wanted to be. There is also close, easy access to the beach which was great.

Wonderful Stay at OIB

In all regards, our stay at OIB was wonderful. The owners were friendly, responsive and extremely helpful in forwarding information to us. Cleanliness, check-in, communication, and location/neighborhood were all 5 stars. The house was actually better than described since the owners have completed upgrades. Just a fantastic place.

Great place to stay in OIB!

This property is in the perfect location on OIB. It's far enough away from the main thoroughfare which keeps foot and vehicle traffic down. Beach access is across the street with probably less than 100yards of walking to reach the warm sand. There is an outdoor shower downstairs (with hot water!) to clean up with before heading back up. Had a great time with friends and family!

Great house

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Owner was very accommodating to an earlier check in time that we requested due to having to be ready for a wedding event. When we arrived there were some dead water bugs laying around but I suspect it was because the house was recently treated. There are two bedrooms on main floor, and three bedrooms on second floor which I didn’t feel was clear in the listing. Would have been nice to know which bedroom layouts were on which floor to plan ahead. Everything was in working order and house felt very open even though we had 13 people staying it didn’t feel too crowded.

Wonderful Week

We had a great time when we booked this house! The kitchen was just updated with all new appliances and the house was very clean. The owner of the house was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions during our stay. The outside shower was great to wash the kiddos off after a long day at the beach and the walk from the house to the beach was just a short distance. We will be booking this house again in the future.
