In the entrance vestibule, you’ll find a separate WC, practical storage, and a washing machine.

Equipped with a double bed, storage, and a discreet desk—ideal for teleworking or writing postcards. Just next door, the second en‑suite bathroom includes a walk‑in shower, large basin, mirror, heated towel rack, and toilet.

## Access

🛗 Located on the 5th floor, our apartment offers two practical access options: an elevator takes you to a half‑landing near the door, leaving you the choice to climb or descend a few steps to reach it. For the more athletic, the stairs remain an excellent choice for a little cardio workout. Your choice of arrival!

🧳 If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the Nice train station’s luggage facility, just minutes away. For those arriving by car, several parking options are nearby, including the Q‑Park Gare du Sud.

🕠 Check‑in is between 5 PM and 9 PM by appointment, so we can personally welcome you and hand over the keys. For arrivals after 9 PM, a time slot must be arranged in advance and additional fees may apply.

🥣 Just minutes away, discover Gare du Sud and its brand‑new Mediterranéo concept, celebrating Mediterranean culture and cuisine. It also features a state‑of‑the‑art cinema for your movie evenings. 🛏️ By default, for two guests, only one double bed is prepared. If you would like a second bed made, please select the “Additional linen” option (€25 laundry fee).
