I love this house. Electronic code entry, super clean, one story high ceilings, newly renovated, no carpet a newly renovated beautiful kitchen, 4 rooms, 3 bedrooms and 1 office. Spacious and with 2 separate living rooms. Free parking up to 4 cars. This house has all new LG stainless steel kitchen and laundry appliances, all new beds and mattresses, new sofas chairs and 2 big Samsung smart, wall mounted HD big flat screen TVs that are 55 and 65 inches (new as reference year of year 2021).
With free 400 Mbps internet and Wifi access, from digital leisure reading, digital music, games and downloads, streaming movies, distant digital school and work from home should work just fine.
Great location, walking distance to Kroger, Walgreens, LA Fitness, Starbucks, Chipotle, Panda Express, Mc Donalds, Wendy's and more. Only 7 miles to Sugarland. Top Golf on I-10 only 8 miles away.
