Modern House is one of two luxurious, oceanfront rentals in our La Palmeraie Harbour Island collection. This magnificent, modern villa boasts nearly 12,000 square feet of elegant living space encompassing 9 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms. It will sleep up to 18 adults.

The home’s oceanfront location offers unobstructed views of the turquoise blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and direct backyard access to Harbour Island’s famous ‘Pink Sand’ beach.

Beautiful views with room to spread out

We had a our family a friends at Modern House in Harbour Island for a week in August. The house had a great space with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The views were spectacular. The house staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We had our boat at Ramora Bay marina, and the house was very conveniently located. We would recommend the house for large groups.

Birthday Celebration

Villa #2 is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was in good working order. However, I could not operate the kitchen range as it was not gas or electric. I was unable to make a simple egg in the morning. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. We had a lovely time.
