The theme and design for this hobbit hole is second to none amd was very cool to see in person but unfortunately for the price I felt it could have been better. The grounds around the building needed serious trimming, the grass was growing throw the rock path, over grown bushes were covering up the houses ascetic, the door does not seal cleanly, the a/c unit struggled to keep the room cool, the electric fireplaces button were all broken/missing replaced with springs for some reason, multiple small bugs found their way inside, and we were unfortunately awoke to the sound of construction directly next door. Like I said nothing unforgivable and we had a great time, but for the amount paod per night I feel it could have been better

Loved the ambiance of the place. Very cozy and decorated well. Good privacy. Owners were easy to get in touch with and helpful. Ceilings are low, which just adds to the theme. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice Getaway!!

The stay was excellent. The place had everything we needed however the 4 star rating for cleanliness was based on a situation we had on our last involving locating a mouse under the bed. YIKES!!!! Other than that, we had a great stay at this beautiful Hobbit House.

Nove visit

We had a great night. The decorations were spot-on! The ceilings are low, but my husband managed. The tub was a nice touch, but I think it leaks. The check in process was easy once we realized we were supposed to drive into someone's driveway! Overall it was an excellent experience! Thanks!

Enchanting

From the beautiful woodwork to the sun flowers of Lorién, the details are stunning. We had a wonderful time playing the trivia game, chess, watching LOTR, and petting the sweetest kitty on earth.
