Two bedroom, 2.5 bath back unit built in 2021. One king size bed, one queen size bed. Large rooftop deck with fire pit. Lynx grill on main level deck with outdoor eating area. Subzero/Wolf appliances. Ocean side of PCH. Walk to both restaurants and the beach. Enjoy the sunsets at Lookout Point and the views from the bluff. Please note that the house next door was torn down June2026 so there is construction going on next door.

We love our "little house by the sea." The weather in Newport Beach is nearly perfect. Our favorite activities here are morning runs on the beach, paddle boarding, touring the Harbor on a duffy boat, and evening sunsets at Lookout Point and Inspiration Point.

Why they chose this property

We live on a dead end quiet street and this property was newly built having been completed in June, 2021. Professionally decorated.
