This is not your run of the mill rental. It is a fully custom condo with marble floors, custom cabinets and granite throughout. It also has flat screens in every room and a custom tile shower. You will find a beautifully decorated "home away from home".

Primary suite with king bed overlooks gulf with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to the balcony overlooking the gulf. Primary bath has an over-sized walk-in stone, tile, and glass shower with 2 shower heads, custom vanities, granite tops, and walk-in closet.

Second suite has a king bed with a full private bath.

Third bedroom has a west end private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Fourth Bedroom has a full-size bunk bed (2 full beds) sleeps 4 with nice mattresses too!

Living Room Sleeper has a high-quality queen memory foam mattress inside the leather sofa. The love seat can be made up for a smaller child next to sleeper sofa. ciency washer and dryer plus hanging space in the laundry area.

Kitchen has granite counter tops with glass back splash on custom cabinets. Everything you need is here as you walk into a fully functioning kitchen including dishwasher, stove, oven, built-in microwave, full-size fridge with filtered water and ice, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, waffle maker, utensils, etc..

Living room has seating for 8 which is open to the dining room, seating 6-8, the kitchen bar seating 3, with room to stretch out, relax, and enjoy your time away.

The balcony is over-sized because it includes the entire west end of the 14th floor which is perfect. It is high enough for great views but not too high for elevator waits. We are also steps from large speedy elevators taking you to the indoor/outdoor pools and beach. The balcony has two lounge chairs to enjoy the sunrise or sunset views, also a full table with 6 seats.

Trust us, you will not find a nicer unit with better interior finishes and complete UNOBSTRUCTED views of the gulf. You won't be disappointed!!!

The Majestic Complex is fabulous rain or shine, but it doesn't rain at the beach :)

Wonderful condo with attentive owners

This condo development is right on the Panama City Beach. Condo was well-stocked with airfryer, waffemaker, paper towels, trash bags and handsoap along with laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Had a small issue during stay with garbage disposal that owner took care of extremely promptly (that ended up being a problem that I created). I'd highly recommend this condo for a large family or 2 smaller families. We had two families of 4 and never felt crammed.

This was an awesome condo and perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The balcony views were amazing. We will be back. Thanks to Jennifer for her quick response and helpfulness. Another family vacation in the books.

Better than we could have hoped for.

I was a little worried at the fact this listing had all 5 star ratings. HOWEVER, The owner and condo deserve more than 5 stars if i could give more than 5. It was everything we wanted and then some. The condo was beautiful and was more stocked than we could have imagined. Pretty much anything we could think of and forgot, she had. The owner was amazing as well. Immediate communication and even made sure to check in and see how our trip was going. We didnt want to leave. 10 stars!!
