Nice and cozy little house

The house is really cozy and the gated community it is placed in is nice. Located right at the dunes it is a real diamond. Just the steep stairs inside and the small steep garden outside were a little risky for our small (1,5yrs) son. But with a little more attention it was no problem. The rooms were mostly clean. Just under the bed there was a little too much dust. All in all it was a nice holiday in a beautiful house and we are already thinking about coming back.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce cocon calme et propre, à proximité de Berck, de Boulogne et bien sûr du Touquet Plage.Les enfants se sont senti comme à la maison très vite, c’est spacieux et bien conçu avec 2 toilettes dont 1 à l’étage.Et quel plaisir de petit déjeuner en terrasse dans ce cadre verdoyant! Le voisinage adorable bonifie encore un peu plus cette location.Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Petite maison dans une belle résidence

Logement situé dans une belle résidence au calme et derrière les dunes, logement propre à l’arrivée, arrivée autonome, hôte réactif quand on le contacte. J’ai eu droit à 1h30 de plus dans le logement le jour du départ. Le prix m’a semblé élevé car le logement a besoin d’entretien au niveau de la porte d’entrée et du store du salon. Par ailleurs réveillée très tôt le matin par la lumière du jour dans la chambre principale car il y a juste un store occultant intérieur qui laisse le jour rentrer (pas de volet ou store extérieur). Le bip du portail de la résidence n’est pas fourni, c’est une suggestion d’amélioration.
