You’ll be right at home in our Desert Oasis 3-bedroom 2-bath home with a private beautifully landscaped back yard. Relax while enjoying the sounds of the cascading fountain into the pool. Our outdoor amenities include a covered patio with gas fire pit, BBQ, lawn chairs, pool floaties, towels and an umbrella. Indoor features are just as amazing we have all the things to make you feel right at home. Kitchen features granite counter tops with newer stainless-steel appliance well equipped kitchen to make the most memorable meal. Kitchen includes all cookware, dishes, corded appliances and yes even a Keurig for that morning coffee. We also provide linen, towels, select shampoo and body wash. Also provided is garage parking, Wi-Fi, laundry room in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home is close to shopping, dining, hiking, zoo and the spring training fields for your convenience. *HEATED POOL INFO-Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated during their stay. To keep our prices low and to conserve energy, we only heat the pool for those who request this extra service at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Pool heating is offered only for consecutive nights. "Hopscotching pool heating dates is expensive and difficult to manage and therefore is not offered.
Following are the nightly pool heating rates, which are per consecutive night to heat the pool up to 86f:
$70/night +$10 per degree per night for requests to heat over 86f
Pool heating is charged upon arrival and paid through an additional money request sent through the booking site. While we should be able to heat the pool, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay.
Travel Insurance- We recommend all our guest purchase Travel/Trip Insurance either thru VRBO or your own insurance program. Protect yourself from any unforeseen changes that may happen.

Enjoyable stay

As a family of 6, this home was well set up for us. With a fully stocked kitchen and extra pool floats etc all help us out. We were unable to use the pool since it was very cold water and March weather. Disappointing for my kids but didn’t think about asking for the heat to be put on and it costs a lot to have it turned on.

Awesome Stay!

We spent 5 weeks at this property. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect. It was exactly as described. The outdoor space with the pool made our stay even better. Angie and Ron were easy to communicate with! We will try to stay here each time we travel back to Surprise

Great Place!

This is a great place to stay when visiting people living in the Sun City Grand area. We were there for golf and visiting friends and it worked out great. Everything was super clean and the beds were very comfy. We didn’t use the pool because it was a little cool, but it’s a great pool to sit by and just relax. We would definitely stay here again wine visiting the area.

Nice stay

This was a nice, well maintained home in a great location. There were some negatives. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable with pronounced full body indents on both sides of mattress. Neither myself of my husband were able to sleep through the night fully, as parts of our body would fall asleep or start hurting. Also, we paid a pretty penny for a heated pool that was barely luke warm. Being November in AZ it was relatively warm outside, but the pool actually being heated would have been nice. There was also barely any supplies in the home. No sponge, trash bags, paper towel, or extra toilet paper. We had to grab some during our stay. Overall good stay, would suggest taking care of the things I mentioned to make it even better for future renters.
