Come enjoy this beautiful contemporary condo with ocean views! The kitchen has all custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and comes fully-equipped with everything the family chef needs to bring the family together around a home cooked meal. The Kitchen bar seats two. The Living Room features comfortable furniture along with a flat screen TV and a full-size bar should the need arise. The Dining Area just off the living area features seating for six with ocean views!
The Master Suite has a King bed, flat screen TV and en-suite Master Bathroom. The Master Bath is all tile with a large jetted tub, double granite vanity and separate floor to ceiling tiled shower. On the other side of the villa is the Guest Bedroom. This Guest Bedroom features a Queen-size bed, flat screen TV and its own en-suite Guest Bathroom as well. The Guest Bathroom is all tile along with its floor to ceiling tiled shower.
Staying in this Villamare condo, you will be very close to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer to include the Robert Trent Jones golf course, Tennis Center, Alexander's restaurant, General Store and The Dunes House Oceanfront Bar and Grill.
Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.
Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

We had such an amazing stay. We loved riding bikes around palmetto dunes and to pickleball every morning. The beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the beach towels and bike rental credit provided by beach properties. We will absolutely stay at villamare again and would rent this specific unit in a hearbeet!

The Dark Night
The unit was not properly inspected for working order prior to our arrival. Half the unit was without power and unusable. Property mgmt was made aware, but no action taken until second day. Sat in dark without TV first night….had to deal with maintenance mgr and electricians who arrived at noon, second day. Pointed out electrical problems in every room…lights, wall sockets, etc.
