Superb appartment on the 6th floor with lift, PANARAMIC view of the Ocean - 10 metres from the beach, comprising an entrance hall with cupboard, a living/dining room opening onto a terrace with awning (13 m2) and garden furniture with an exceptional view of the beach, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto another terrace with a lovely view of Royan, with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, wine cellar, ceramic hob with extractor hood, ultra-modern oven, microwave, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath and washbasin. A laundry room, a shower room with shower and washbasin adjoining one of the bedrooms, a separate WC.
All located in a luxury residence, opposite the Pigeonnier beach and less than 500m from the shops.

Très bon séjour avec vue sur mer magnifique
Un très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé au calme, avec une magnifique vue mer et la plage juste en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien agencé. Il dispose de deux grandes terrasses très agréables. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ à revoir en revanche, seul bémol ! Une belle location pour profiter de cette côte si agréable l'été
