Beautiful, Contemporary Home in the Tatum Ranch Enclave that we call our Morning Vista Casa. She is clean and quiet with a private back yard and meticulously landscaped. Heated Pool, gas fire table, water feature and patio, opening to Sonoran desert landscape. All new Smart Flat Screen TVs with Streaming Fire Sticks, 70" TV in Family Room. FREE High Speed Internet - WiFi. Sonos Sound System throughout, gas fireplace for those cool nights. Large, well-stocked, and updated Kitchen to gather and cook. Granite counter tops throughout house. Travertine tile in all baths and showers with guest shower gel and shampoo dispensers. Separate billiard room and bar for entertaining. Five bedrooms, 3 full baths with 3 car garage.

Stunning back yard, with large heated pool and water feature to enjoy our beautiful AZ sunsets. The Patio features sun/privacy curtains, 10ft umbrella. The yard also has a green turf area and awesome Weber BBQ for the chef in the family. The well designed landscaping features accent lighting. Pool has a solar cover to help maintain water temps at night.

The large family room is comfortable and inviting to snuggle with your loved ones in the oversized furniture with the jumbo chaise lounge and fireplace. Ceiling fans located in all rooms for maximum comfort during all seasons. Decorator Artwork in every room. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

Our home is one mile from the border of Scottsdale, and just an 11 minute drive to the Resort town of Cave Creek featuring lots of quaint shops, boutiques and even weekend Rodeos. Check out a few of our favorites including Janey’s Coffee Company & Bodega, Harold’s or the Hideaway Bar in Cave Creek for some great live music and people watching. we are also15 minutes to Carefree well known for its restaurants, art galleries, wine shops and festivals. Just 15 minutes south of us is the open air Desert Ridge Marketplace one of the most exclusive Shopping Areas in the North Scottsdale area. Seven Public Golf Courses are within 9 minutes of the Morning Vista Casa.

Public Golf Courses near by: Dove Valley, The Boulders, Troon North, Legends Trail, Wisper Rock, Grey Hawk to name a few....

Day driving trips to northern AZ which include Carefree, Sedona, Bartlett Lake, Prescott and the Grand Canyon.

If you want to stay close to home take a free ride on our two wide tire Beach Cruiser Bicycles. Lots of open flat areas for a leisurely ride from our house or go for a hike on the Black Mountain Trail in Cave Creek.

What a great vacation at a perfect place, great pool, pool table and a tv in almost every room. The kids were set, so much to do! Very spacious and comfortable! Great location! We want to come back!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely stay last week. Home was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed & more. The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard pool was sparkling clean & the landscaping was beautiful. The property manager met us at check in to orient us to the home - she was very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in a Perfect Location

The home was beautiful, well kept and very clean. The Property Manager, Cathy was amazing. Check in was a snap and when we had one small maintenance issue and they were right on it. The home is well stocked, beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 teens. You can see the owners take great pride in their home. We would VERY highly recommend a stay here.

Didn’t disappoint!

We have been to Cave Creek often, this time for a family wedding. Can’t say enough about this house and property. Everything was perfect, with added attention to details such as Kleenex boxes throughout to shower dispensers with products. Loved using the kitchen and the backyard is private and just lovely. Beautiful home!

We loved staying at this house! We had 12 adult women on a girl’s trip to celebrate some bdays! The house was perfect! Well stocked, sleeps 12, lots of towels and high quality linens. Kitchen is so well stocked, and lots of room to play games and hang out!! The pool was perfect, and we appreciated the beach towels in the house! Only thing that they might consider is an umbrella for poolside… Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for our get away!!!

Jewel in the desert

Rented this property with my husband after a meeting in Phoenix so our daughter and her 2 little girls could be with us for a few days as they were coming to Arizona for a meeting too. The place was perfect for us, tucked away in an area north of Scottsdale called Cave Creek. The house was spotless clean, elegant and beautifully decorated with 5 nicely appointed spacious rooms to choose from and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is big and well stocked for daily cooking. The pool was very clean and warm enough to use and the backyard area nicely landscaped with an area to hang out and dine outdoors. Owners were terrific and attentive to detail and Cathy, the property manager, promptly responsive and a pleasure to work with. There are plenty of hikes and things to do around but the house feels remote which is what we needed. I highly recommend it.

Great family Gathering

We enjoyed a few days with extended family staying together for Thanksgiving. The layout of the house, backyard, neighborhood and location were perfect for the eight of us. Everything was clean. Check-in was easy and the beds were comfortable. The heated pool was a hit with the kids. We did have a hard time making a meal for eight people in the kitchen though. We ended up ordering a lot of take-out.

Golfing Buddies

The house was perfect for our golfing group of four couples. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was large and the pool was perfect to relax in after a round of golf. The location was great for our golf outings. We had a fantastic time. Thank you for making your house feel like home for a week.

Spectacular backyard for a perfect getaway

The house was very spacious and everyone had plenty of space to do their own thing. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and the living room space was great for us to watch the NCAA championships together. All the bedrooms are large and had comfortable beds. The master bedroom is amazingly big with a spacious bathroom and dressing room. The landscaping showcased a wide variety of plants, trees, flowers etc. and the pool was perfect! The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious home where you can have fun in the sun!

Awesome relaxing trip

We had a wonderful time with friends and then with family. The house is very spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. The heated pool was great. The backyard space is beautifully landscaped and plenty of room to gather the group to eat outside or play games. The home is close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants. We spent a lot of time in Cave Creek because we have always loved that area. I would suggest this home to anyone looking to get away and relax. The property manager was very quick to respond to my questions and the owner even called to be sure everything was going well. We were there for two weeks and hope to repeat the same trip next year. The weather could not have been better.

Winter Escape

My family had an excellent stay at this property. Just as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Great kitchen for preparing meals. We had a few issues with understanding how all the TV’s worked with the streaming services but those were resolved. Totally satisfied, Would highly recommend this property to other families.

Perfect Family Gathering

Everything regarding this rental experience was top notch. The home is immaculate with a great layout and amenities. This was a family golfing trip with my siblings (there were 6 of us) and it was just an awesome time. We had family meals for breakfast and dinner, lounging at the pool after golf and game nights after dinner. The home was just perfect for all of this. Highly recommend!!! L

We live on a lake in Valley Nebraska. Ed is the owner of a small family business and Kim is a retired school teacher. We love the Southwest especially the Cave Creek - North Scottsdale location.

Why they chose this property

We love the North Scottsdale - Cave Creek Area. This house is well cared for and meticulously maintained. It has a very interesting floor plan: very large family room and game/living room with lots of upgraded furnishings, fireplace and artwork. We fell in love with the incredibly landscaped back yard and pool. We are so close to shopping, golf and local restaurants! We try to take in as many of the daily live music events in Cave Creek as possible!

What makes this property unique

Unique, high-end art pieces are throughout the house, adding beauty, interest, and designer aesthetics to every room.

Most of the furniture is leather with upholstered pieces to complete a functional, comfortable, and beautiful design in each gathering room. Every guest is welcomed with lots of pillows and a Family Room fireplace. Many board games and books are available as well.

Sonos Surround Sound is available in all gathering places (Family Room, Living/Game Room), Patio and Master bedroom.

Beautifully updated kitchen and baths with quality cabinets, granite, and tile welcome guests in luxury and comfort.

The very large kitchen is well stocked with all new kitchen ware, dishes, cookware, and towels.

All the bedding (sheets, pillows, bedding, and blankets), towels, and pool towels are new and there is an abundance of towels to allow for 12 guests.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a massive 4 post king bed set with ornate metal canopy to make you feel like royalty! The bedroom furniture completes the feel. to fill the very, very large Master Bedroom. All other bedrooms are equally spacious rooms with very large closets, all new beds and bedding, unique artwork, Southwest pottery, and new Smart Flat Screen TV's.

A relaxing OASIS describes the patio, backyard, BBQ, and heated pool. Sun shading/privacy curtains complete this haven around the patio table.

An Office space is offered that can be closed off from the rest of the house for quiet, productive work time. Desk, glass floor mat, printer, and ink are supplied.

The quiet Laundry Room is equipped with cabinetry, folding table and drying rack and conveniently located between two bedrooms in the lower level. The washer and dryer are both large capacity.
