Reserve before it fills up! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully renovated, all new furnishings, sleeps 10 with 2 Kings and 3 Queens, GREAT kitchen, breakfast bar. Flat Screen TV's in family room, master, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms and game room (4 total). Game room offers a TV viewing area, cocktail table and pool table. Single story, 2 car garage, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, stainless BBQ, 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool and spa. Enjoy sunset views over the desert as well!

***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

Summer Girls Trip AZ

Perfect summer get away for a girls weekend. The home was absolutely perfect. Super clean, all rooms are spacious and the backyard is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back 💯.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our group! The weather was a bit too chilly for the pool and we did not use the hot tub, but the patio fire place was used several times and it was perfect! We only prepared one meal and found that the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. This neighborhood is very handy to get in and out of.

Perfect Desert Getaway

This property was perfect and accommodated a group of 5 adults very nicely. Everything worked great and it is well stocked. The location gives you easy access to Carefree and Cave Creek while still be close to North Scottsdale. We explored the lakes and desert and would love to come back.

Nice Getaway

This was a great spot for a Thanksgiving getaway for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain. It was spacious with more than enough bedrooms and baths. The pool was great, but pretty expensive to heat. Overall, this is a great spot in the desert for a nice getaway.

The Perfect Getaway

Great house for ourselves and best friends! The pool was clean and we had lots of fresh pool towels and noodles for our use. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. The beds were super comfy after days of golf and sight seeing. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Northern Location

This is a fantastic property in a quiet pocket north of all the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale, yet close to amenities. The backyard space is superb. We cancelled activities just to spend more time in this space. Why pay to visit the desert botanical gardens when all the plants are literally in the backyard? The wide variety of bird species all sing in full glory every morning. This property is one we would rebook in a heartbeat.

Relaxing quiet neigborhood

Great location! The property is located on a beautiful large lot surrounded by nature and foliage indicative of Arizona's natural landscape. Home was great for our two teen grandsons with the game room and pool area. Kitchen was large and had all the cooking necessities. Our only complaint would be that their housekeeping service could step it up a notch. Baseboards and corners were dirty otherwise we would definitely rent again.

Cave creek

The property was better then the pictures, huge and luxurious. A few small issues already mentioned in previous reviews, in addition a bit of mold in both showers and the pool where tiles are missing. We would definitely stay here again. Be prepared to clean the pool because you are in the middle of the ranch county- which we loved. Quite private. Also, for grocery delivery we used Safeway’s and that was nice too.

Property was nice, but the manager did not meet us there, the bbq propane was almost empty, and we were charged for heating the pool and spa, neither of which we used. The property manager is not returning my calls or emails

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was OK and we had a great time, but I'll add these suggestions and comments. It was not a luxury rental. Like many homes I rent, it had cheap dated appliances and cheap kitchen cabinets. Unlike the picture displayed, the pool had no functioning lights. The garage was very small and could not fit my GMC SUV. The hot tub also had no lights and no real jets of substance. The neighborhood was funky( no paved streets & strange looking homes), but the one neighbor across the street was very nice. Also, zero views of the landscape or sunsets. The beds were very comfortable. On bathroom leaked from the roof during the rain storm. The pool table was very cheap and not really useable. Eight adults is too large for the small kitchen and family room( that room and dinning room should be re-designed).
