Great House

Had a great time at this house! Beautiful scenery, hot tub was nice, plenty of room for all the different age ranges to spread out. Kids loved the little play room, and the bunk room!

Very spacious! This was the perfect lodging for our extended family. We had plenty of room for the family to gather together for meals or spread out to enjoy the patio, playroom, second family room, and hot tub. And the dog enjoyed the fenced in yard as well!

Great cabin stay

We had a lovely time in Granby! The property was large with lots of nooks and crannies and plenty of space. The kitchen was perfect for hosting a large group. Thanks for the wonderful accomodations!

This place was everything described and a wonderful time! From the foosball table to the arcade gaming, down to the stuffed animals and poker table it had everything for our big group. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and we loved the hot tub. Owners were quick to respond to any inquiry! Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking breakfast lunch and dinner a breeze. Would 100% recommend for any family gathering!!

Granby Golf Weekend

We had a great experience at the house! The house is in a great spot and is a really cool property. Also, I can’t express enough how strong the owner communication was. I would highly recommend this house.

Family Gathering

We loved our time there! Kitchen had everything we needed. Grocery store was very close. Huge kitchen table we used to play cards and dominoes! Everyone had a great time!

Amazing house

The house was beautiful with amazing views and lots of space. They have a ton of games to keep you entertained. The kitchen was my favorite with the six burner stove. We all enjoyed ourselves!!!

Wedding Party accomodations

This was a nice house with a lot of space that fit our entire wedding party perfectly. It was easy to find and had a ton of nice features and was in a nice/quiet neighborhood with a great view. The only tricky part was parking, but if you plan ahead it's not too bad to organize. Overall very nice experience!

Loved Barn Wood Beauty!

Well maintained, very roomy for families with toys for little kids and games for older kids as well. Very happy that the yard was fenced for dogs. Great amenities inside and out! Many appliances in the kitchen which made meal prep easy. All kinds of spices available as well. Very nice neighborhood to take walks day or night. We highly recommend the Barn Wood Beauty!

First family vacation

When looking at the whole week the best way to describe it is amazing. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us plus the dogs. We spent a lot of time at the house just relaxing, playing games that were at the house and smoking & grilling some good food. I would definitely like to stay at the house again in the future. Aaron was a great host. He responded quickly to the questions we had and took care of everything. Thank you for everything.

Aaron was a super communicative host! We had some concerns about cleanliness of the property when we arrived. He offered to have the cleaners come same day to address our concerns and further addressed our concerns at the end of our trip. While we didn’t feel that the cleanliness held up to what we had hoped, Aaron made up for it with his communication and general hosting qualities. Great place for lots of kiddos - plenty of sleeping options and lots and lots of toys! They had a blast and the adults got to enjoy the hot tub once they fell asleep.

Perfect House/Perfect Location

This was the perfect house for our group…a combination of friends and several generations of family (ages 2 to 64)! We loved skiing Granby Ranch which was very close by. It wasn’t crowded and everyone had a blast. We even walked to the grocery store one day. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and there was ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we even cooked on the grill in negative degree temps.The microwave wasn’t working and the host replaced it immediately. There was no television in the main living area which was actually wonderful. We talked, we laughed and we played music. One night we had a dance party! For television lovers, there were plenty of TVs throughout the house, including the living space on the second floor. We would definitely stay here again. We made lots of wonderful memories.

Perfect Family Getaway

Every year my entire family takes a long weekend together to ski and enjoy winter, from my mom in her 60s to my niece who is 3. We’ve been all over Colorado. This was one of the most comfortable, well-stocked, and truly enjoyable places we’ve stayed. The communication with the property managers was easy and prompt — and they were incredibly kind. The yard is fenced and we were able to bring our little pups who love to travel with us. The views of the mountains, sunrises, and sunsets were beautiful. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the mountain, and the drive was quick. There was room for everyone to spread out but also plenty of room in the main living areas for everyone to comfortably be together. The home is decorated tastefully, has comfortable beds, and two refrigerators — which is a must for as many people as we have with us. It is located very close to a grocery and liquor store, making it easy to pick up forgotten or needed items. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
