Everything has been studied so that you feel at home, the proximity of the center of the village is a major asset of this apartment.

Capacity 2 people – Free Wifi

New apartment, located on the third floor of a quiet and secure residence. It features a bedroom with air conditioning, a spacious walk-in closet with mirror, a private bathroom, and a large living room with an integrated kitchen and a large Smart TV screen.

You will be able to access your Netflix, Disney+, and other accounts without any issue, thanks to a good quality internet connection (20 MB).

The kitchen is fully equipped; all appliances are new. Tableware is provided in sufficient quantity for two people, but it can also comfortably accommodate two additional visitors.

The washing machine is discreetly installed under the staircase leading to the rooftop. The latter is accessible, although currently not equipped.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning service upon arrival and departure, and once per week during your stay with a change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance are also included.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal. In case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD to replace the safe.

Please note that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when leaving, a team of 2 to 3 people is usually present to allow a quick check of the linens, dishes, and all electrical equipment in the home. The goal is to leave the property in the same condition as you found it, for the tenants who follow. Any lost or broken item will also be charged in cash on the day of your departure. We ensure this property is always kept in perfect condition for the comfort and well-being of all.

It is forbidden to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., noise must be reduced to respect everyone's rest.

Lindo, a French supermarket, offers home delivery once you've completed your shopping.
La Sirena Pola, a Dominican supermarket, provides the same service.
You can also find fresh fish sold daily at the entrance of POPY Beach.
