House features large kitchen adjoining open family room, clean hardwood floors and tile throughout. This is a pet friendly property with a pasture, two barns, a rustic cabin and plenty of space in which to move around or hibernate. Miles of quiet country roads and trails to explore and close to golf, biking, rafting, skiing and shopping attractions.

We are the children and caretakers of our parent's beautiful farm house and Christmas tree farm. In the years since their passing, we've continued to use the house for family retreats and holidays, but we do not want to see it (or the land) fall into disrepair during long periods of vacancy. In June, 2021, we agreed to offer this magnificent property to others who might enjoy it as much as we do. It's just too beautiful to keep to ourselves.

Bring your bikes, ATVs or hiking boots to venture out on miles of unpaved roads and mountain trails. Enjoy a hike along the ridgelines or tranquil walk through the Christmas trees. Or, just relax in the peaceful quiet of a cool mountain morning from the porch.
