A custom barn home where the entire loft is a private guest space. A large private deck with comfortable furniture is available to guests. The sunsets from there are incredible and you can see most of the town, river, bridge, and court house. Just over a mile from downtown and the trolley will come right to the front door for drop off and pick up. There are two king beds in the open loft area of the barn house. The two couches are a click clack style that fold into full beds as well. There is a coffee bar and electric wine opener. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave as well. The deck offers fabulous views of the town and amazing sunsets. There are several furniture pieces on the deck with comfortable cushions. I am very responsive with texting. I will provide that number once you book. If you have questions or need resturant recommendations just shoot me a text! The Hermann trolley is very responsive and will come right up to the door for pick up/drop off. Highly recommended if you plan to tour the vineyards. Occasionally there is an Uber around and there is a shuttle service very similar to the trolley. The clean linens for the couch beds are in a basket under the tv. There are also super soft blankets in a basket in the living area. Luggage racks are also available.

We are not a rowdy bunch but the stay was very fun, enjoyed the beautiful property, felt very accommodated for by the hosts and very conveniently located.
My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway and had a great time. Everything was perfect. The barn was cute and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the owners were super accommodating. We highly recommend the Hermann Barn!
We loved the Red Barn!! Beautiful scenery, very clean and affordable!! Jason and Darcy were so helpful and always were available with questions or anything we needed.
Thank you Jason and Darcy!!
This was mine and anothers second time staying here. It was wonderful just like the first time we stayed. Trolleys and the vans come to the house to pick up and drop off, which is great so you dont have to drive the 5 minutes to town. We enjoyed the weather as it was perfect for our stay and the wineries had great bands. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Hermann without being in town.
Nice place to stay overall. Great view from deck.
HVAC seemed to run all the time and didn't have thermostat control, but if you contact the host they would adjust it for you. Just inconvenient.
We really enjoyed this property. We were all in one big room. We love the nostalgic look of everything and the cleanliness was above and beyond. You will absolutely love love love the king size bed. I started sleeping on the sofa sleeper and could not get comfortable so I jumped in one of the king size beds and shared with a friend and slept like a queen. However my girlfriend said she slept great on the sofa sleeper. Me not so much but I’m 5’10” and she’s like 5’4”. Lol. Big difference. All in all we would definitely rent again.
