Walking distance to the streetcar and close to everything you need to have a true New Orleans experience! Whether you want to take a 7 minute Uber or Car Ride to the French Quarter or walk to local grocery stores, the choice is yours! Located 2 blocks from University Medical Center and One Block Behind the World Famous Canal Street! Perfect for Mardi Gras Parades

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Host was a pleasure! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Location was wonderful for the streetcar and we were also able to easily walk to restaurants near the house. We’d stay here again when in NOLA.

Cute duplex (shares a wall) that was incredibly convenient to catch the tram and we walked to several restaurants. When our Uber dropped us off, I thought the highschool across the street would be loud but it wasn't at all.My only complaints were the bathroom lock being broken and the back door would feel more secure with a deadbolt lock. Note: you must walk-through two bedrooms to get back one.
