First of all, this place is CLEAN! So very clean. It has everything you need, it's an easy drive to anywhere, friendly neighbors, and did I mention that's it's clean? Beautiful house. I highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

We’ve stayed at many places in New Orleans but this was one of the best. The house was in perfect condition and it was so much more spacious than the photos represented. We appreciated the beautiful floors, the washer and dryer, and the comfortable beds. The host was easy to reach and the location worked well for us. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall a good place. The host was responsive and gave good information throughout the stay. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable as it felt like a slab of foam instead of a mattress. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Family first visit to NOLA--great place to stay!

Our daughter wanted to visit New Orleans without the focus being on the French Quarter nighttime craziness. This was just the right distance from the city for us to take in all the food and fun. The place was great.

Nice and clean place in New Orleans

The house is as presented on the website, very clean and well maintained. Very responsive host. We were 3 families and enjoyed our stay in New Orleans for the new year 2025. Having a car is recommended when staying at this property.

The pictures online are very accurate. Home was very clean, beds were comfortable. Home is nicey updated in older neighborhood. Short drive to anywhere you want to go. Delores was very responsive to any inquiries. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home that was recently remodeled. Came with lots of space, plenty of kitchenware, and covered parking on property. A great choice if you're looking to spend lots of time in the French Quarter with an Uber ride just 10-15 minutes away. Delores was fantastic and made sure that we had everything we needed! Would stay again!

Magnolia House

Delores was an awesome host! She was very professional and easy to get in touch with whenever I had any questions. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean…exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was safe and within a short distance from almost anywhere you’d want to go. I look forward to staying there again.

Our family had a wonderful time in your home. The home was very clean and neat. Clean linen and plenty of them. The snacks were great. We pulled up while your lawn man was cutting the grass and he did a phenomenal job and was very friendly. Spoke highly of you as the owner. If there was any negative it would be the morning we left it was pouring down rain and there was standing water a the bottom of the back steps which made us load up from the front of the house. But that's mother nature and we can't control that. Yes we would stay her again. 10 out of 10. Thank you thank you and thank you.

Magnolia House

Delores was excellent to work with. House was clean and very beautiful. Location was excellent. Several neighborhood streets were very bad but there were ways to get around them. Kitchen utensils were minimal. Excellent location for parking your vehicle.
