PLEASE Message me and allow me to reply before you book, Thank you. I also have another unit available, it is bigger but will cost more. Update: A sofa has been added. I am actually a 1 block walk to the Beach! Pet friendly/Family friendly! Very Upscale neighborhood with Million Dollar homes 200 feet away! The back yard is on the side of the home. Like new furniture, new TVs. High speed internet! Quiet neighborhood! Lawn chairs/beach chairs provided. This is a great place to relax on Vacation! New Queen bed. No garden as yet. I can do a MONTHLY Rental also. Healthcare professionals, Travel Nurses RN are welcomed. Bikers Welcomed. NO MONTHLY RENTALS DURING MY HIGH SEASON.

Nice, simple studio

35 day stay , older nice studio. All our basic needs, great nieghborhood, short walk to beach. Owner helpful and good communication.

Simple convenience

I stayed with my 3 dogs for 3 months. The unit has everything you need in a compact space. 2 huge TVs and full size kitchen appliances. The only issue some might have is no central AC/heat. There are multiple portable AC units that do well under normal conditions. The host has portable heaters as well if needed, but I found the unit to be comfortable without. The host was very responsive to any issues/questions. He was also very accommodating for pets. He was easy to reach and kept me updated for anything that might affect me such as maintenance and renters/cleaning etc. in the adjacent unit. The location is fantastic - just one street back from the beach. It is a few blocks from 17. The unit is 10min from NMB Sports Complex with great dog parks, walk/run trails, and athletic fields. The unit is in a safe area, most are rentals but a few long term nearby. I felt comfortable walking/driving at any time of the day or night by myself. It's a perfect size for single or couple and can accommodate more but might get a little crowded as a one bedroom. I would definitely recommend, esp. as a long term rental and would be happy to return.

Pretty Nice and close to the water

You can tell it's an older property, but it is pretty nice and kept very clean. Appliances are pretty new so whether you need to cook, microwave, or want coffee It's all there and ready to use. Also has dishes, towels, etc for use. I 100 percent recommend for a small party to use. The owner is Very responsive and easy to get in touch with.very
