This beautiful apartment on the 5th floor offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees!



You will only have to cross the road to go swimming or stroll around the market!



Modern and very well-equipped, you will find in this 2-room apartment:



- A beautiful, bright living space thanks to its loggia where you can relax and enjoy your breakfasts in the sun.



- A true separate room with a double bed, a large closet and its sea view!



- A fully equipped and completely renovated kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, oven and microwave oven.

You will appreciate the washing machine as well as the dishwasher.

A Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator.



At your disposal, you will have a secure parking lot behind the building, as well as Wi-Fi!



Access to the building is done with a digital code that we will give you upon your arrival.



Our concierge service will welcome you on-site to hand over the keys and will be available throughout your stay in case of need.

Très bel appartement, salle de bain et cuisine modernes et pratiques. Les fenêtres des deux côtés offrent une aération optimale. Vue imprenable, à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Merci Caroline pour tout !

Appartement refait à neuf, très confortable et très bien équipé. Situé en face de la plage, vue mer devant (est/lever de soleil) et vue montagne derrière (ouest/ coucher de soleil....belles photos).Malheureusement ascenseur très petit ne nous ayant pas permis de monter nos vélos pour les sécuriser sur la loggia et pas de possibilité de les garer de manière sécurisée dans le bâtiment!Pourtant la conciergerie l'Intendance nous avait précisé que nous pourrions les mettre debout dans l'ascenseur (pour le 5ème étage). Nos vélos sont avec AE, ils sont lourds et il nous a été impossible de les monter.Heureusement un propriétaire nous a très généreusement offert de la place dans son garage et cela a sauvé nos vacances.Si j'avais eu l'information correcte, je n'aurais pas réservé.

Noté sur Abritel 2 chambres alors qu il y en a UNE seule et un canapé lit dans le salon !!!!!

Résidence ancienne mais appartement refait avec goût et très agréable ! Face à la mer, 5ème étage avec ascenseur, vue imprenable du balcon (mais impossible de manger à plus de 2 car très étroit)

Mooi appartement aan zee!

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in dit mooi,schoon en nieuw gerenoveerd appartement. Keuken is alles aanwezig, wasmachines met droger. Grote koel/ vriezer. Goed bed , voldoende kastruimte, fijne badkamer met heerlijke douche. Airco en rolluiken .En dit alles met uitzicht op zee. Straat over en je staat op het strand! Auto achter het appartement met slagboom. Vriendelijk ontvangst, dus een aanrader!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diem schöne wohnung unsere Erwartungen sind getrofen worden allein das Meer blick traumhaft wir werden wieder kommen es gab ein ganz kleine winzigen Empfehlung Tv kanal auf Deutsch sendungen wäre einfach super.
