This recently renovated townhouse is located only minutes from the heart of Tamarindo and comes fully equipped to make your stay in Costa Rica the best possible! This home has been completely redone with handmade tiles to add a beautiful touch to this already amazing property! It has been carefully decorated and designed to create a comfortable and peaceful environment for all guests! This is the perfect place for small families and groups seeking the ultimate beach vacation!

This property has an open kitchen layout with a bar and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. There are two bedrooms and two and a half baths. This property is two stories, on the first floor you will find the kitchen, living space, a washer & dryer, and half bathroom. On the second floor you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom,closet space, smart TV, and balcony with a seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and closet space.
All the beds have luxury hotel sheets, duvets, and comfortable mattresses. Pack and play is available upon prior request. Monthly specials do not include electricity

The complex also has a beautiful pool and common area, perfect for guests to lounge around and swim! The complex is also gated and has nightly security, offering safety and comfort to all guests. While the complex does not have assigned parking, street parking is available and easy to access.This beautifully renovated townhouse is only minutes away from the main strip in Tamarindo, offering easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We really enjoyed how close this condo was to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did not need to use our vehicle while there. The property could use some hooks for towels and a more secure front door (ants and cockroaches visited during our stay).

The property was super great! Very clean!Andrea was very good to deal with. The property had a few problems while we were there and we were without water for a couple days. Andrea tried to best to get this Resolved. She was unable to, But reimbursed us for a portion of our stay. If location was great would definitely stay here again.

thank you so much Justin! In case you want to come back, we have installed a new water tank for the unit, we found out that unit was not connected to the reserve tanks and the water issues in town were heavy due to the amount of people! Not a problem anymore! thanks for being understanding <3

Room for four

The condo was comfortable, there are stairs leading to bedrooms so wouldn't work for handicap accessibility. Air conditioning is comfortable. Water temperature is reversed on washing machine. It is within walking distance to the beach and pool is right outside the door. It felt safe and quiet. We would stay here again.

Great condo. Great location.

Check-in process was a breeze. Unit was clean and well renovated (exactly like the pictures). Quick replies from host. Beds are comfortable. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with shower. Master bedroom is a good size and has a king bed with the balcony overlooking the pool. Second bedroom is on the smaller side with a queen or full bed not sure. Having luggage in there is a little awkward but you can make use of the closet. Wifi on the main level was ok. On the second level it barely worked. Washer and dryer work great. Great unit. Great location.

Visit to see family in Tamarindo

When we arrived the apartment hadn’t been cleaned so we called the property manager who came immediately to meet us. It was the evening so she took us to another apartment for the first night. It was perfectly nice but we did waste a morning. The next day she moved our luggage to apartment we had booked which had been well cleaned. So we could start our holiday. The location was very convenient for us as near our family. The apartment is in a secured environment with a coded gate and guard much of the time. The apartment is well equipped and appears to have been recently repainted and refurbished. Nicely furnished and we had almost everything we needed. The things that were lacking were quickly provided after my message to the property manager. She was very responsive. The pool is small and fine for cooling off but not for swimming. There were long chairs for use round the pool and we liked the shade that the building provided in the afternoons. The apartment has morning sun on the balcony which is nice, as later the sun would be too strong. The main bedroom has a large double bed.confortable with good pillows and white linen. There were plenty of towels as well as towels for the beach. There is dining table in the garden under a canopy. We used this a couple of times when we had family to dinner as the bar in the apartment is really more for 2 people than for 4. We were very happy with the apartment which suited our needs perfectly.

Excellent property in Tamarindo

I had stayed in Tamarindo before and was looking forward to my return. This apartment is located in a very nicely kept apartment building with a great pool. Well appointed for those who want to be self sufficient in their stay (cooking, laundry etc) and also well located so that you can access the beach or the main town easily. It is in a relatively secluded part of town which can be a little unnerving walking home late at night on your own but on the whole, it was very safe. I also bought my dog with me and the property and management were very dog friendly.

Great place!

I stayed here for a month while working remote and this place was perfect! Its in a great location and you can walk everywhere. There are restaurants, beach, gym, and grocery stores all within a 5 minute walk. The place is also newly remodeled and has everything you need. Andrea is also very helpful if you need anything.

Long break for work and play

The property suited us perfectly. All the furniture and fittings were up to date and the location is convenient but set back enough to be quiet. We were partly working so the wifi was important and it worked well for us. The property managers were always responsive when we needed them.
