Newly redesigned condo with fresh paint and furnishings is located on 30A in Seagrove Beach, FL! Enjoy a quiet vacation in the heart of South Walton at Low Key. The condo is located on the first floor, which allows for ease of access and a ground level patio looking into the wooded trail leading to Eastern Lake. The beach can be accessed by kayak or paddle board from the private dock on Eastern Lake, or is less than a mile away by golf cart or bike.

Both bedrooms feature a king bed and the sofa is a sleeper, allowing for up to six people to enjoy the space. The kitchen is fully stocked for light cooking, a Keurig coffee maker, and can seat up to 4 at the dining table.

The living room features views out to woods that leads to a private trail for guests of the property to access Eastern Lake.

The closest beach access is 3 minutes away. There is a small parking lot for cars and/or golf carts. The nearest kayak/bike rental and golf cart rental shops are steps from the condo. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys can be found in the closet on the patio.

Restaurants, coffee shops, a seafood market, and kayak/SUP rentals are just steps away from the property, making it one of the best locations on 30A!

We liked the fact that it was on the first floor. This Condo was the best we have ever stayed. The owners were very, very accommodating and when we had a small problem with the patio sliding door, they had a company come to fix it within 24 hours. Everything else was perfect for the entire stay. We are looking forward to a return trip very soon.

Great condo in the middle of 30A

This is a great condo in a great location on 30A. We loved being able to walk to Beachy Bean in the morning for coffee and then to Old Florida Fish House at night. Easy to get from one end of 30A to the other. We enjoyed being able to explore the different beaches from Inlet Beach to Grayton Beach State Park and being able to explore all that 30A has to offer. We had no issues with the condo and was great for four adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in a Great location

This condo is tucked away in a small gated condo development, right behind Old Florida Fish House. The condo was roomy and very well kept and comfortable. Quiet and great parking. Literally about .1 mi from 30A. Comfy bed, bathrooms were fine. We were there for 3 nights to attend a wedding. Really good value and appreciated that there was not a 7 day minimum.

Why they chose this property

Once we found Heron's Watch tucked in the woods of 30A, we knew it was for us! It took almost a year for the perfect unit to be available, which we jumped on. We love the convenience to coffee shops, paddle board rentals, seafood markets, and restaurants. Heron's Watch is the perfect location on 30A and only 1 mile to the beach via lake access and/or sidewalks.
