You'll love the cozy atmosphere, beautiful furnishings, private fenced in back yard with grill, included high speed internet, etc. 3 bedrooms with a bonus central area with a small loft bed. I have been involved in real estate and rentals for over 20 years. I recently purchased this home as my business is expanding into Arizona. This is my first VRBO rental and I am excited as I expand into this new avenue of business.
Why they chose this property
I purchased this house with idea of living in it for a few months out of the year. Since it will be vacant most of the year, I thought I'd try to make it available to other visitors while vacant. As such, I have put a lot of care in setting this up how I would like to have it if I were a visitor. Things like professional furnishings by an interior designer, swivel mount TVs in every bedroom, smart locks, TVs and thermostats, etc. The result is a place that is nicer than my primary house! I love how it turned out and would love to have you as a guest in my home.
What makes this property unique
Lovely comfortable home. Smart TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the Living room area. Log into your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. accounts right on the TVs and enjoy your programing. Free high speed Wi-Fi is included! Modern Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer in the house for your convenience. Sleeping accommodations for 7 (2 in each bedroom, plus bonus area with an extra kids bed). Super comfy couch in the living room, desk, dinning table, plenty of counter top space in kitchen, etc. You will find it easy to make yourself at home in our home.
