This is a remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 bath house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Located in SW Mesa on the Tempe / Chandler / Mesa border. Large patio w/ grill. This property does NOT have a pool.

5 min from US 60 / and AZ Loop 101.
9 min to Downtown Mesa
11 min to Sloan Park (Cubs)
12 min to Hohokam Stadium (A's)
13 min to Downtown Chandler
14 min Tempe Diablo Stadium (Angels)
