Cannery Loft @ Railroad Square - New West Properties

Summary:
This is the upstairs unit of two unit building located right down the street from Railroad Square and the SMART station. The space has two large bedrooms - a water closet ( just a toilet) - a shower - a living room- kitchen - there is no washing machine.

The location is just to the West of Railroad Square in the West End Historic District of Santa Rosa.

You can take the SMART train south to Marin County - walk to other side of downtown or bike - the loft is close to the Joe Rodota trail.

Note quiet hours between- 9 pm to 8 am due to city noise ordinance - maximum 4 sleeping guest - 2 daytime visitors. 2 off street parking spaces 3809

The Space:
The upstairs part of this 1885 building offers guests a unique living space. The rooms are large and well designed. The living room is very comfortable and has a large fold out table if one is needed.

The backstairs lead to a shared backyard with plenty of seating and a nice table. The space also has an interior stairway that exits to the street.

Please be advised that you may hear other guests staying at the unit below. We ask everyone to be aware of this and try to not make loud noises after 10:00 pm.

Guest Access:
The unit is private but has a shared backyard with outdoor patio furniture. The space also comes with one-off street parking space.

The Neighborhood:
The West End Neighborhood is a wonderful place to take a walk and explore. The area has a wide range of people that use the area. At times parking can be tight. The neighborhood has some real great restaurants and bars. Being able to walk to these downtown attractions is a major plus. This is one of the most urban areas of Sonoma County if you are looking for a country property this is not it. If you are looking for a safe place to is close to everything this is it.

Getting Around:
The SMART train is two blocks away. Very close to Hwy. 101 and Hwy 12. Very close to lots a bike trails.

Other Things to Note:
This home is located in Downtown Santa Rosa not a vineyard. You may hear other guests below at the downstair space.

Charming, comfortable and great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cannery Loft. The amenities were great and restaurants and SMART train within a short walking distance. It is spacious and comfortable with charming décor. Having a parking spot on the driveway was super convenient. Allen was a great host who was readily accessible for any questions.
