Great Vacation Rental

The house was very comfortable and the beds were comfortable too. Very well stocked with glassware and dishes etc. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch where we watched a variety of ducks and birds on the pond. We even saw a flock of green parrots!Nice walking neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away.

The host was welcoming. Only issue we found was the front door outside light was not working (had to use flashlight to access/enter keypad. Otherwise, all was very nice, clean.

Hi Stacy. Sorry did not see your concern on front garage lights. Lights has automatic dawn to dusk sensors and switch is right where tv is. When you turn on you need to wait until sensor activates. All working all good no one had an issue, just maybe previous guests turned off switch manually. Thank you

Lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed this rental and intend to stay again next summer. Its very clean and pleasant. It's 5-10 minutes by car from Siesta Key Beach. There are so many big, beautiful windows, and they all overlook a sweet little pond where we saw many cool birds. Check-in and check-out were easy. The couch was big enough for all three of us. The appliances were high quality. It was just a great stay.

Fit our family’s needs

We have family who live real close to the beach, but their place is too small for us to stay with them. So I found this rental that was only five minutes from their condo. This house has tile throughout and very clean. The Owner supplies beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. I like that the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so my kids had their privacy. Lots and lots of windows to view the pond behind the house that has different kinds ofducks, blue heron, turtles that were all fun to watch. Air conditioning works great. Owner is Very responsive to any questions or needs that come up.

The house is a perfect vacation property. It's right on a pond with the sounds of nature in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the beach and all the amenities on Clark Road. The house was clean and comfortable. The new appliances, screened in porch, garage, water dispenser, beach equipment, and deck over the pond were all fabulous features. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation in Sarasota FL.

Exceptional stay

Came to Sarasota to clear out my parents’ long time Sarasota home. This exceptional home away from home made the trip much easier to handle. This could be the most well appointed VRBO rental I have booked. The host thought of everything: extremely well stocked kitchen, extra paper products, all the beach gear you could possibly need, super linens, bedding, and toiletries. Even cuddly throws for cool mornings we had. Definitely lived up to the photos and description. I would highly recommend this listing!!!

The house is well located to conveniences. It backs to a pond that offered nice breezes through the lanai. A lot of fun watching the water birds, turtles and an otter! The owner was responsive to inquiries and the house is well equipped in the kitchen and baths. The house and rooms are roomy and it lives comfortably.

Great Place

This is a great place. It is clean and updated. The location is in a nice little quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. Beautiful view of the retention pond and we really enjoyed watching the hundreds of ducks every morning. Appears they gather to feed from someone on the other side of the small lake. All the necessities were there including my favorite ... a Kuerig machine. EXCELLENT rental and I will definitely stay there again.

The quaint place with water views

To start, the owners communication was great before, during and after our rental. Finding the home, which is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, was easy and accessing the home's digital entry lock was a breeze. Inside the home is nice with obvious attention to detail. The one car garage and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. All that said, it's the large pond behind the house that seals the show. The water is serene, the wildlife is impressive and the small pier in the back yard is a good place to feed the turtles. We liked the location to Siesta Key and the included beach chairs and waggon were a plus. Overall, we will recommend this place to our friends and family.
