one bedroom unit off home down by saratoga lake in malta. the elderly people who have stayed there have all liked it. it is very small, so it is easy to take care of and easy to get around. it has a walk in shower with a seat and various handrails. But it is not wheelchair accessible.

There is not a full kitchen, but a small snack area with a bar sink, refrigerator and microwave.

it is furnished with TV's with Roku boxes.

While the property is convenient to Saratoga activities, it can best be described as “dated” and needing some upgrades, maintenance and fresh air circulated through the unit. The entrance is surrounded by multiple spiderwebs/cobwebs with hundreds of bugs trapped inside and others buzzing around, which provides an unappealing welcome, especially at night. The inside is drab and musty. If those things don’t bother you and all you want is a bed, toilet and shower, then you might be interested. Otherwise, you probably want to consider passing on this property.

Great Stay

The stay at the house was great. Paul was very accommodating, courteous, and nice. Home was clean, easily accessible, and neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend for anyone.

Worth it

The stay here was nice. 1 street away from the lake. The place was very clean and cozy. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel you are looking in the wrong place but it is worth the value.

Quaint apartment in peaceful lakeside neighborhood

The apartment is small and outdated as the photos show, but it met our needs. Quaint vintage furnishings add to the experience and the bed is also older so you may sleep more comfortably if you bring along a foam mattress topper. Enjoyed the neighborhood and convenient location just far enough off the beaten path. Also close to one of our favorite places to eat in the area - "The Galley Bar and Grill".

We were in need of a place to sleep while in town for a family reunion. This property was delightful! It was perfect for the two of us. The small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was perfect for preparing small meals between our scheduled activities. The handicapped accessibility in the bathroom and hallway was an additional benefit. The bed was quite comfortable but the sofa not so much!
