Please note: this is a one room studio that offers a queen mattress and optional air mattress. Both are in the same room.

Beautiful private space. The hosts are responsive and great. You are a 20 min drive from Saratoga Springs and close to skiing in the winter. Sitting in the outside area and stargazing was great, highly recommend this rental

Everything was great. Just be sure to enter South U.S. Rt4 into your map app.The driveway and sign under the mailbox across the street are easy to miss. Don't look for the house in the advertised picture, it's correct but not easily seen from the road at 40 mph.Bret met us when we got there and was friendly and welcoming.

What a great little studio apartment above a beautifully renovated garage in the mountains of NY. Nice little town near the hustle and bustle of Saratoga Springs. My wife and I enjoyed coming home to this spacious studio during our stay. They thought of all the amenities. Comfortable furniture; air conditioning to your liking; even two great dogs that would come to greet you if you were around. And not to far from their Main St. where you could shop at the local grocery store and enjoy a nice home cooked breakfast at a few diner choices. The hosts were super responsive too. If you’re looking for a studio getaway near Saratoga, this is the place to come to!

Warm and friendly host. Beautiful studio apartment with many games, books and even a foosball table. You could never be bored there. The view of the mountains and valley below was breathtaking. You are close to town and not far from Saratoga. Highly recommended.

We had such a nice but short stay in this charming and serene studio hosted by Bret and Kristin. Tastefully appointed with all the amenities of home, we would strongly recommend this quiet space over a boring hotel for anyone visiting the Saratoga Springs area. If a short flight of stairs or a friendly pair of greeting dogs are a concern, this may not be the space for you. Thankfully for us, the stairs were a breeze and Freckle and Phoebe were positively delightful with their canine energy!Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in town!

The guest house was conveniently located and is great for a quick get away. It was very comfortable and our host provided thoughtful amenities, such as snacks, local maps, games and a good slection of local history reading material.We would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Saratoga area.
