This well-kept and inviting apartment building in Neuschönberg is located close to the famous Baltic Sea beaches "Brazil" and "California". On the three floors of the house there are cozy apartments and amenities that will make your vacation a successful experience.

This beautiful vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and will impress you and your loved ones as soon as you enter. The cozy furnishings invite you to linger and relax when you return after long days at the beach or active days in the region. The balcony invites you to sunbathe in the summer months, eat your favorite dishes here or simply read a good book. You can also use the utility room.

The fantastic Schönberg beach with its 250 m long pier and the many pretty restaurants and fish restaurants along the beach promenade is only a few minutes away by bike. From here, excursion boats leave for Kiel, Strande or fishing trips, where you will get your money's worth as an angler.
The beaches of the neighboring districts of Brazil and California are also within easy reach. In the summer season, the municipality provides an hourly bus service to the beaches, so that you can get to the Baltic Sea quickly and comfortably without any parking problems.
Here in the Probstei vacation region, cyclists get their money's worth on the numerous, well-signposted cycle routes. The backdrop is particularly colorful during the rape blossom season. The shopping city of Kiel and the exciting Hansapark are also not far away - excursions here guarantee a varied vacation, even if it's not beach weather.

Nicht noch einmal.

Im Treppenhaus riecht das Objekt recht muffig (möglicherweise auf das Alter des Hauses zurückzuführen?!). Die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Ebenso fehlt es an Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Küche. Wir wussten gar nicht, wo denn Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine überhaupt stehen sollten. Zudem war die Kaffeemaschine, der Toaster, und das vorhandene Backblech nicht sauber. Die dortige Backform hatte eine gänzlich abgewetzte Teflonbeschichtung. Das Kochen/Essen hat mit der vorgefundenen Ausstattung und der nicht vorhandenen Arbeitsfläche keinen Spaß gemacht. Da wir mit Kindern gereist sind, durften wir sofort feststellen, dass es keinen Verbrühschutz für Dusche und Wasserhähne gibt. Die Garderobe ist kaputt. Fällt dann direkt mit dem Abnehmen der Jacke von der Wand. Der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer ist blind. Die Betten war sehr bequem und die Urlaubsgegend zumindest sehr schön.

Wohnung sehr schön, Kochausstattung düftig. Pfannenwender, anständiges Messer und Brett Fehlanzeige

Schöne Wohnung. Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße (Zufahrt zum eigentlichen Strand); leider etwas laut. Küchen-Ausstattung muss erweitert werden. Saunabereich richtig gut, Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht. Aktuelle Informationen aus der Umgebung fehlen( Restaurant, Veranstaltungen, etc.) Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub verbringen. Sonst alles mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 8 Minuten zu erreichen.

zufriedenstellendes Mietobjekt

Nach ganz kleinen Startschwierigkeiten war alles woe bei der Buchung erwartet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Wohnung bot alles was man für einem entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Umgebung bietet viel Raum für ausgiebige Spaziergäng mit dem Hund. Der Strand und auch der Hundestrand sind wunderschön.
