About this property
Lakeside luxury, 5 minutes to skiing, 2 fireplaces, sledding, minutes to village
Featured in Condé Nast Traveler as one of the best homes in Big Bear Lake, this luxury Lakefront retreat boasts upscale amenities found only in the highest-end homes. A highspeed Tesla Charger, EV charger, Riedel stemware, Viking Professional appliances, Flat screen Apple TVs and Homepods, outdoor gas firepit, and custom-built furniture are just a few of the comforts that await you.
And the views! Lake and Mountain views from almost every room in the house. Adirondack chairs are strategically placed around the property and private boat dock to provide spectacular sunrise and sunset views over the lake. The 1200 sq foot deck overlooking the lake is the perfect place to grill, relax, or dine while the sun dips below the water and the mountains turn pink.
The top floor is dedicated entirely to fun and games with a 65" Apple TV, Sony PlayStation, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard table, art table, darts, and dozens of board games. There is also a dedicated office, perched high above the lake with floor to ceiling windows.
The main level of the house is anchored by a soaring 30 ft. stone fireplace and a completely open floor plan. Cooking for your friends and family has never been so glamourous with lake and mountain views, surround sound, Viking indoor grill and griddle, plus Thomas Keller's French Laundry, Bouchon and Ad Hoc cookbooks at your fingertips. Unique wines curated by LA's https://www.clutchgifts.com/ can be provided with advanced notice. Three bedrooms with king size beds are all located on this floor.
The lower level of the house boasts a floor-to-ceiling mudroom for drying off after kayaking on the lake or a snowball fight in the yard. The bunk rooms, custom made by La Lune Collection, with mattresses by Tuft and Needle, will have your guests competing for who gets to sleep on them.
Outdoor amenities include the gas firepit, ping pong table, jacuzzi, hammock, and a deep water dock for your boat or simply enjoying Big Bear's famous sunsets. In the winter you can use our sleds and innertubes to sled down the 50-yard slope right on the property. In the summer you can use our kayaks on the lake and our bikes on the trails.
This is not a party house. We are in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a lovely park with playgrounds, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. This home was created to provide a luxury experience - in a setting that captures the rustic and natural beauty of Big Bear Lake. We know you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

Clean, modern, spacious and well stocked house. Location on the lake is nice. Check-in and out is efficient. They handle trash at the end of your stay as part of their concierge service which is a real perk.
The property really is spectacular. There's plenty of room for any large group. The kitchen is perfect for prepping food for the large group too. Plenty of space for kids to make noise and people wanting a little quiet from that noise. The concierge did a great job of familiarizing us with the property on our arrival.
We stayed here with another family and it was a wonderful weekend getaway! It was in a great location and a beautiful house. The kids loved the sleds and the side hill to sled on and all the games. It was a great location close to Bear Mountain and the town. Would definitely stay there again
Had a great time. The dock was a big hit, having the chairs out in the dock was perfect. House was great. Very comfortable and well stocked. Highly recommend staying here.
Our group had an amazing weekend together at this property. All of the rooms worked out well and the home is set up very well for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for family meals. Was able to enjoy family time around the fire pit, in the living room that opened to the large balcony, and in the game room especially. Would highly recommend.
Plenty of room for our family of 12. So much to do and so many different spaces we never felt cramped. The views are incredible! We loved going to the park and playing pickle ball. We plan on coming back and hope this house is available!
David, your house is amazing. Your remodel on this property was done so well. Absolutely beautiful spot! Everyone loved the location and the cabin. We spent almost the entire weekend inside. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!
We really enjoyed this house. The space was beautiful, the location was perfect, and we all were comfortable. Having the loft/second floor game area allowed the families to enjoy the house without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and jacuzzi. Location wise, we were central to all that we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
Our experience and trip was exactly what we were looking for. The house has plenty of space for large groups, the views are amazing, the game room was super fun and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. The house has everything you could need and then some. We should definitely stay again and I have already shared the property ad to a few friends. Thank you for a memorable experience for our family.
We picked this property for our annual family vacation. It lived up to all of our expectations. The home suited our needs just right, and as well stocked for the daily needs. The host and local representative. We’re all easy to work with, and we even got a tour of the property upon arrival. if you’re looking to stay at big bear lake, you should really consider this property.
Clean home, large living space to hang out. Large backyard leading to lake. Showers were cold and only warmed up to about medium temperature but other then that very nice home would rent again.

“We always appreciate reviews and delighted that the lake house worked for you…except the hot water. We reached out to the current guest, who followed you, and they had not experienced any lack of hot water. Our on-call plumber inspected the hot water system and found no problems. He explained that while we have an appropriate sized “new” hot water tank its capacity can be exceeded.”
This property is a family favorite. We have been here twice and both stays have provided us with great memories. We used every amenity this hime had to offer, from the BBQ to the jacuzzi, and were happy with all of it. Only difficulty we ran into was that we booked so far in advance we had difficulty finding the contact info for the check-in agent since the contact person had changed. This house is a big win for our family and we hope to stay here again soon.
Only one issue the right bedroom mattress was very hard and my daughter wasn’t able to sleep. So for the money I spent everyone should sleep comfortably

We appreciate the feedback. A lot of thought went into the purchase of our high-end mattresses. After getting your review and consulting with our “mattress expert” we have decided to add a mattress topper for those who prefer a softer mattress.
We booked this home for a long weekend to celebrate our son‘s graduation from college. We had several guests, family, and friends throughout our stay and all enjoyed themselves immensely! The views and watching the eagles were my favorite part. If you are planning on cooking for yourselves, I would recommend prepping as much as possible. The kitchen was adequate but as most vacation homes, not completely equipped. That was least of my concern though as I was prepared and the rest of the house was spectacular!

Terrible experience with booking
I think i should start by saying i NEVER leave reviews but i felt compelled here because the experience was THAT bad.
The house is beautiful. That is not why I’m giving this stay a bad review.
I have a service animal that is a service animal. She is also hypoallergenic (I am allergic to dogs). I told the owner this prior to my stay 2 weeks before and he told me no because “I never know who has a real service animal and who doesn’t”. Then he proceeded to tell me that the owner is allergic to dogs and I said “okay well so am I that’s why my Service dog is hypoallergenic”. He didn’t care. He was annoyed on the phone and rude and just shut me down completely. I asked if I could have a refund to book elsewhere due to him not allowing my dog (WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND AGAINST VRBO RULES) And he told me no!
My dog is hypoallergenic and a service animal. There is ZERO reason for him to say no not to mention the fact he did say no is ILLEGAL
Terrible at replying over text. Horrible customer service experience. The worst I’ve ever experienced and I travel a lot

At Eureka Point we treat our guests like family. Better than family actually! So, when we get a review like this it's very upsetting. The truth however, is that this guest does not have an ADA approved service animal. We were upfront and polite about our no pet policy to maintain an allergy free environment for all our guests. Maintaining a positive guest experience is our top priority. We encourage future guests to read our other reviews and see why Conde Naste Traveler named us the best lakehouse in Big Bear Lake.
Beautiful home, everything was as described. We had a blast in the game room. Lake was beautiful and fishing everyday right off the dock was amazing. Communication with home manager was beautiful and his assistant was a pleasant man who was funny showing us around the property. Home was really clean.
