The property accommodates up to 12 guests and includes a private pool, outdoor BBQ area, spacious living areas, fiber-optic internet, laundry facilities, and complimentary beach essentials.

The Space:

This bright and airy home has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Large windows and open living spaces allow plenty of natural light throughout the house, while the simple tropical decor creates a comfortable atmosphere for your stay.

The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a dedicated workstation for guests who may need to work remotely or take care of business during their vacation.

Whether you are spending the afternoon indoors, sharing dinner with family, or relaxing after a day at the beach, there is plenty of space for everyone.

Bedrooms:

The home can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable private retreat with balcony views and its own private bathroom.

A baby crib can also be provided upon request.

There is also a futon available in the game room.

The home includes shared bathroom facilities, including a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional half bathroom.

The property also includes a private outdoor area with a gas BBQ, making it a great place for family meals and gatherings.

Maintenance personnel may occasionally access the storage or maintenance areas of the property and may perform routine pool maintenance during your stay.

Playa Hermosa Beach Access:

Guests have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach, located just a short walk from the property.

Playa Hermosa is well known for surfing, beautiful sunsets, and its natural surroundings.

Guests can enjoy walking along the beach, relaxing by the ocean, sunbathing, or watching the sunset.

Two foldable beach chairs are available in the laundry room. Guests are welcome to take them to the beach and are kindly asked to return them after use.

Beach towels and umbrellas may also be available for guest use.

Important Beach Club Notice

Under current Hermosa Palms policies, renters do not have access to the Hermosa Palms Beach Club.

Guests continue to have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach.

Wildlife & Tropical Environment

One of the most memorable parts of visiting Costa Rica is experiencing its incredible tropical environment.

Depending on the season and natural conditions, you may see local wildlife such as monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and other tropical animals in the surrounding area.

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, but they are part of what makes this region so special.

Because the property is located in a tropical environment, insects are also a normal part of life in Costa Rica.

We maintain a regular pest-control program. As a result, guests may occasionally notice insects or, following treatment, a dead insect inside or around the property.

We strongly recommend bringing:

The property includes a washer and dryer for guest use.

Additional cleaning services may be available upon request:

Availability must be confirmed in advance.

Pet Friendly

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per stay.

Pets must remain on a leash when outside the home, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Only house-trained pets should stay inside the property.

Optional Meal Service

A traditional Costa Rican breakfast or lunch service may be available for:

$50 per day plus the cost of ingredients.

Private Transportation & Tours

Private van transportation and tours may be available upon request.

Transportation from Juan Santamaría International Airport to Playa Hermosa is available for approximately:

$150 one way for up to 10 passengers.

The home is approximately 90 minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport, depending on traffic.

Guests have private access to the home, front yard, private swimming pool, BBQ area, and the designated areas included with the reservation.

Entry to the home is provided through a secure door-lock system.

Security & Residential Access

Hermosa Palms is a private residential community with security.

Before arrival, guests must provide the following information for everyone staying at the property:

Full name
ID or passport number
Vehicle license plate number, when applicable

This information is required by residential security and helps make the check-in process easier.

Check-In & Check-Out Options

Subject to availability, we may offer the following options for an additional $150 each:

Early check-in beginning at 8:00 AM
Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM

One day before arrival, we may also be able to confirm a complimentary 2:00 PM check-in, depending on availability.

Please contact us in advance if you would like to request one of these options.

Visitors

Visitors who are not included in the reservation may be subject to an additional fee of:

$25 per person, per day

Visitor access is subject to approval and availability.

House Rules & Important Information

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the private pool or visiting the ocean.

Temporary interruptions to electricity, water, or internet service may occasionally occur in the area and may be outside of our control.

Construction, maintenance, or renovation work may also occasionally take place within the surrounding residential community.

Because this is a private home, unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally occur. If anything happens during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can arrange assistance as quickly as possible.

Internet

The home includes fiber-optic internet.

While service is generally reliable, temporary outages may occasionally occur due to local service-provider issues.

Cleaning & Property Care

The property follows regular professional cleaning and sanitation procedures between guest stays.

We work to maintain the home carefully and provide a clean, comfortable environment for every guest.
