The house is located in a quiet and residential area of Pordic, only 10 min drive from the beach. You can easily access the sea to enjoy long walks, refreshing swimming or just relaxing on the sand.The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant. The owners occupy the right side of the house. There is a beautiful bedroom upstairs with a double bed and sofa bed in the living room. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room, as well as bright and welcoming rooms.The bathroom, upstairs, has a large shower, as well as a washing machine available.Also enjoy the lovely garden, ideal for alfresco barbecues. The terrace area with deckchairs and the space for lunch is private. At the back of the house, you can enjoy a large shared garden.Pordic offers a multitude of activities for everyone. In addition to the beach, you can enjoy water sports such as sailing or windsurfing. The area is also great for hiking, biking, and exploring beautiful coastal scenery too.Nearby you will find restaurants, shops and supermarkets to accommodate all your needs. The city of Saint-Brieuc is just a short drive away, offering a range of cultural options and extra entertainment.
