I have created this home as a place where comfort, privacy and beauty come together. With its elegant designer touches, generous spaces and numerous terraces surrounded by lush, almost wild Mediterranean nature, the house offers a unique sense of tranquillity and freedom.

The villa is available throughout the year, inviting guests to enjoy its special atmosphere in every season. My aim is to offer a refined yet relaxed experience — a place where you can feel completely at ease, surrounded by nature, while enjoying all the comfort and character of a truly exceptional home.

The house is filled with a unique atmosphere, enriched by beautiful Roman architectural features such as elegant fountains, stone reliefs, mosaics and underground water flow. Local limestone, lush gardens and atmospheric lighting create an enchanting ambiance throughout.

Up to eight guests can be comfortably accommodated in four bedrooms: two double bedrooms and two flexible twin bedrooms, which can be arranged as single beds or a double bed. The layout offers both comfort and privacy, ideal for families, friends or groups travelling together.

Designed for year-round comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Underfloor cooling and heating keeps the house cosy year round, while a charming pellet stove in the living room adds warmth and charme in Winter time.

Wellness and relaxation are at the heart of the house. The spacious two-person whirlpool bath invites you to unwind, while the elegant kitchen with its generous cooking island is perfect for bringing people together. The covered living-room terrace provides a beautiful outdoor space for relaxing and dining.

The oriental-style bathroom is one of the house’s most enchanting features. Its large sliding doors open onto a private terrace with a magnificent Moroccan fountain, creating a wonderful sense of indoor-outdoor living.

Outside, the above-ground wooden pool is surrounded by terraces and shaded by mature trees. Several dining and seating areas throughout the garden offer the perfect spot at any time of day — whether you prefer a sunny breakfast, a leisurely lunch in the shade , aperitif-cocooning at sun set in a unique birds chair for two or an evening dinner beneath the trees.

Every detail offers space, privacy and serenity — a unique blend of historic character, Mediterranean lifestyle and private wellness. The Japanese garden adds an unexpected touch of tranquillity. The entire property is enclosed by lush hedges and a private gated entrance.
