This house is beautiful and spacious in a quiet community with two very nice pools. The house is well stocked with everything you would need and it also has a very comfortable and relaxing screened in back deck that we really enjoyed!

Amazing house

We had a great stay, the house is beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed. Centrally located in the town so we were within minutes of the beach, water park, boardwalk, outlets and restaurants. Definitely recommend it to anyone who has a family or group looking for a wonderful vacation!

We had a fantastic time at Rich & Sue's home! It offered plenty of space for our extended family. The kids loved the screened in porch and bunk beds. It is close to the boardwalk while being far enough away to have a serene and peaceful. Our entire family loved the pool and club house! We will definitely be back. They were so understanding when my husband accidentally broke a decorative tabletop plant. Great communication. Your family will love this gorgeous home and make so many memories!

Vacation week

Sawgrass community is very quiet which makes it ideal for young children to ride bikes! We loved riding our bikes and going to the pool everyday.

THE BEST!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The owners were lovely to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It felt like we were staying in a model home. The amenities that the community had to offer were great for the teenagers in our group and my toddler loved the soaking tub. I would definitely recommend this to any family looking for a place to stay at the beach! Thank you again Susan and Rich!

We have stayed at Sawgrass at different properties spanning over 14 years. This community never disappoints. Quiet, comfortable and classy best describes this unit. We look forward to this trip every year and will stay again. Everything you need is here which makes traveling easier especially for us who come over 5 hours away!

The house was clean. The air conditioner at the last minute broke and had to be repair but host install air conditioner in the windows which work wonderfull. The host did a great job keeping us informed on the status of the air conditioner. The amenities were great. The beach was a short 10 minute drive even with traffic

This was a great location and the accommodations were perfect for three couples (one with two children). The lower level suite was great for the family of four. We loved the pool . Access to the beach was easy with the Dart. Communication with the host was efficient and helpful.

Perfect for weekend getaway

We loved our stay! The townhouse was spacious and clean. It was well-equipped including fun board games our kids actually played with us! We also loved the screened-in porch and it was such a pretty neighborhood to walk through. Would definitely love to stay again.

Summer at Sawgrass

Beautiful home situated near the outlets off Route 1. About 15 min drive to the beach. Community pool and fitness center very convenient, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space. Traffic along Route 1 has gotten worse in the last few years which was the only drawback to location.

Could not have been a better experience!

The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The townhouse and the community was everything we expected and more. We loved sitting in the screened patio for our morning coffee. Beautiful swimming pools and fitness center. Would definitely rent again!

Great property, very clean, fantastic owner

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The house is beautiful! It had everything listed and more. The property backs to the woods so it feels like you are in a remote location. The owner is incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Rich and Susan were excellent hosts. We had plenty of room for our large family. The unit was new, had beautiful well-done decor, and felt like home!
