Located within minutes of the area's best local farm stands, fantastic restaurants in Greenport and Orient Village, and the Hampton Jitney, LIRR, and Shelter Island Ferry.

Why they chose this property

The house is located at the end of a quiet street lined with 1950s - 1970s era beach shacks. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but you're a short 7 minute drive to all of the action in Greenport or the historic Orient Village.

What makes this property unique

It's directly on the water with nothing obstructing your view. The sunrises are otherworldly. If you're a morning person, you will love having a coffee or cup of tea on the deck and watching the kaleidoscope of colors. The water is calmer and warmer than the Long Island Sound or ocean, so it makes for a lovely swimming experience. We are big design lovers, so the home has been renovated and furnished with unique design sense. We didn't do your typical Home Depot renovation.
