This lovely stroll-to-the beach "farmhouse," built in 2019 on a woodsy acre, is bright, beach-walkable and centrally-located. The 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home with an office and TV den, is a 1600-square-foot contemporary with an outdoor shower, pebbled patio and front-yard. It's an easy 7-minute walk to pristine McCabes Beach. It's 2 miles to the family-friendly Southold village where the Hampton Jitney stops to-and-from Manhattan. A 10-minute drive takes you to trendy Greenport village where 2 short ferry-rides head to The Hamptons. Enjoy the idyllic North Fork here! Please note, there is a 2-week minimum stay enforced by the town. Rental permit #0343.

Great house and location

I highly recommend this house. It is lovely with lots of windows and high ceilings. It is new, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great with the beach a quick 3 minute bike ride away. Alex is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely home in the North Fork

Property is fairly new and well maintained. Located on a quiet street. Fair bit of outdoor space to relax or grill. Short walk to McCabes beach. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
