Comfortable bungalow in Grömitz in a quiet location directly on the beach

Enjoy your holiday with us in a wonderful leafy where you lived alone solidly built bungalow comfort!

The suitable for up to 4 persons, about 68 sqm bungalow is located in tranquil location on a dead end on 2500 m² of green land and has a separate living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The large terrace, which turns into a grassy area is equipped with 2 rolling chairs with cushions, seating, umbrella and outdoor fireplace. The bungalow has its own enclosed garden.

The living room and bedrooms are equipped with high-quality solid wood furniture. The living room has a cozy leather sofas and a flat screen TV, a radio with cassette and CD part-Fi and a private telephone exchange number (German landline).

The fitted kitchen with glass dome opening has an electric stove with 4 burners and extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster and kettle.

We will also be heated in summer (central heating).

The use of a central room washing machine and dryer is available upon request. There are no additional costs!

Use your terrace and your own garden for breakfast, sunbathing, reading, playing and relaxing in a quiet and direct beach location on a dead end.

Wir haben eine entspannte Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super zentral und ruhig gelegen direkt an der Promenade und doch nicht direkt einsehbar. Sie ist funktionell eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine super Lage am Strand. Es ist gut aufgeteilt und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr Familienfreundlich

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe sowie der große Garten, der viel Schatten spendet. Obwohl man sich fast direkt an der Promenade befindet, ist man so gut abgeschirmt, dass man sehr ruhig wohnt. Frau Lenzner-Muhl und Familie sind sehr nette Vermieter, die sich sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste kümmern. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar.

Ferienhaus in fantastischer Lage

+ fantastische Lage mit direktem Zugang zur Promenade und zum Strand + Restaurants und Freizeitaktivitäten sind fußläufig erreichbar (z.T. etwas längere Strecke, die sich aber traumhaft an der Promenade zurücklegen läßt) + sehr nette Vermieter Es gibt eigentlich keine negativen Punkte. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles in bester Ordnung, voll funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub.
