Green Oasis by the sea

This spacious accommodation is located in a quiet hamlet by the sea, 1.3 km from Utah Beach Golf Course, just a few steps away from the nearest beach, Les Gougins. On the ground floor, you'll find two main living rooms, a dining area with an open kitchen, and two bedrooms. An entrance hallway, a shower room with toilet, as well as a washing machine and a dryer, are also at your disposal.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms are present, each with an additional small bed, one overlooking the entrance of our house with a slight view of the sea, and the other overlooking the garden side offering a view of the Cotentin marshes and the garden. In between, there is a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and toilet, as well as a small reading and games room for children.

ATTENTION: There are 4 bedrooms and a garage in this property, of which the garage is closed and not accessible to guests during your stay. Parking places are free outside and inside of the property.
Bicycles are available for free use.
