Gorgeous Waterfront View Condo in Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee

Two bedroom, two bath, + loft with two bunk beds & trundles in the serene Cuscowilla private community on Lake Oconee. Beautiful views of the lake and within close proximity to Lake Oconee restaurants and conveniences.

With the loft area, the condominium has an open concept feel with all views pointed to the lake. The loft area is perfect for kids and can sleep up to six with the bunk beds. It also has a Foosball table and a reading nook that overlooks the lake.

It's a second floor end unit (with elevator access) with a private balcony. You can enjoy the gorgeous sunrise view from the master and living area. Bring your kayaks, canoes and rafts for floating. You can also bring your running or walking shoes to explore miles of beautiful private roads in the community.

*Cuscowilla HOA does not allow use of the amenities, including the pool, common docks, golf course without a member present. Also, this is a private community with many long term residents. No parties within our unit is allowed and noise needs to be limited (kids, music, etc) after 10pm.

Please take the trash to the dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The HOA requires all guests to park in the grass parking lot near the Sojourn entrance. Send me the names of drivers so I can list at security gate.
The HOA does not allow non-members of Cuscowilla to use amenities within the neighborhood, including the pool, golf course, and common docs.
Doors. Only use the nest lock when you leave. Turning the manual lock will lock you out. Do not leave doors open. The lights attract a lot of bugs!

Perfect Condo on the Lake - Great Time - Highly Recommend

The condo is very nice....high quality construction and very neat and clean. Large windows and outside deck that provide excellent views of the lake and surrounding area. Friends could pick us up at the docks that are right in front of the condo. Excellent communications with the owner, and this led to a very smooth and "no problem" stay. All in all, one of our best VRBO experiences ever!

What a wonderful location and place. The views from this condo are so peaceful and beautiful. My wife and our friends thoroughly enjoyed this location. The sunrises over the lake and sunsets were a sight to behold. The owner’s communication was top notch and extremely speedy. The information they provided about the local area was so helpful. Five star rental all the way. Will certainly be back.

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location

This was my first time vacationing in the area. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. This home was very beautiful and spacious. It has amazing views of Lake Oconee. The community sits on a golf course and is very peaceful and quiet with common places to grill and/or picnic. The location is convenient to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, boating and fishing. The owners are very understanding and responsive!! I will definitely be visiting again!! Warm Regards, Anthony
