RIVE GAUCHE - In a secure residence. Studio cabin with outbuilding completely renovated on the ground floor consisting of a living room with a sofa bed 140cm, television, wifi and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge/ freezer, oven, ceramic hob). A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. An outbuilding (Chalet attached to the apartment) with a double bed 140cm, television, air conditioning, possible access by the apartment. A garden of 140m² with garden furniture and an arbor. Private parking. Furnished and equipped for 6 people.
400m from the beach and 800m from the city center. Come and discover the many activities, fun and tourist visits available to you at the Grau du Roi and its surroundings.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
