PORT CAMARGUE - South beach - In a secure residence on the marina with common parking, beautiful green areas and a swimming pool with paddling pool. P2 41m² cabin with a 13m² terrace and a 21m² garden with a nice unobstructed view of the marina. Large bright living room overlooking the terrace, with a double bed (140cm) built-in (TV,Air conditioning). A kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave), A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an independent cabin with bunk beds (2x90cm). Bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer and washing machine. Separate toilet. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. 500m from the beach, shops and water activities. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency
