Great stay, great location. While we did not take advantage of many of the extras (pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball), it was perfect for relaxing in between our various events. Most of our time was spent chilling in the lanai with the great view of the lake.

We arrived during the Florida cold spell and the heat downstairs would not go above 55. Owner had it worked on the next day but still would not go above 62. Very cold first 2 days and nights. Day we left it had warmed up somewhat. We are wondering why the owner, knowing that is was very cold, did not check to make sure the heat was working. Would really like to have a little refund for the incovenice we went through.

The owner was great at communication. The house was spacious and fun for the family with ping pong, pool, foosball, and dominoes. Movie nights were enjoyable on the huge couch. We arrived on a Wed and it was a holiday weekend, so it seemed the pool maintenance came later. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub in its full potential until day 4 of our trip. Before then, the water was low so jets didnt work properly and it wasnt getting very hot. Could've been a malfunction on our part though. Saturday night, after it seemed pool guy came, the pool and hot tub were at full water depth and worked wonderful! We would most definitely stay again. Beautiful home. Thanks!

Amazing lake house with a great pool & hot tub!

This property was perfect for our family of 8! My husband and I got to fish, splash, dive, swim, and relax with all 4 of our kids, ages 6, 13, 21, and 25, along with the two oldest’s wives. It was heaven. The view and the wildlife were phenomenal. The pool was clean, the spa was wonderful at night or in the morning! The house had different levels and was laid out very neat. The screened in porch on the lake was awesome in the rain (and great for no bugs getting in your coffee!) We will cherish the memories we made with our family in that spacious house, on that gorgeous lake! 5 stars, easy.

Greg and his family have owned this home since 2002. They are avid skiers and wakeboarders and this home provides the perfect setting for boating and watersports. This property consistently receives great reviews from families for its location and amenities. This is their personal family vacation home where they stay regularly.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it combines a beautiful lakefront setting with boating and jet skiing with the closeness of being able to get to the Orlando theme parks in about 30-40 minutes. Additionally, this home has views of the lake from two sides and a very large pool and hot tub. This home is also close to Lakeland and Tampa and central to the beaches on the east and west coasts.

What makes this property unique

This home is the perfect place to just unwind and relax. We wake up in the morning and sit out on the patio drinking our coffee while we watch the lake and wildlife. We love to play games and there are many things to do inside the home like play pool, foosball, ping pong, etc. which the kids love. Also, the pool is huge and we love to float around or watch the kids do tricks from the diving board. We love to go boating, and our lake is one of the cleanest lakes in all of Florida. Eagle lake is excellent for watersports and fishing. We also have a canoe that you are welcome to use. Every time we visit this home we hate to leave!
