The owners of our timeshare were wonderful!

The owners went above and beyond assisting us-fabulous! This is our third trip to the Grand Solmar Lands End. Though no fault of the owners, the hotel itself did a bait & switch when we booked two additional nights stay by instead, sending a confirmation from the Grand Solmar Rancho Las Palmas and although we tried several times to contact them prior to our arrival, including the owner of the timeshare assisting us during a three-way call in which the call was abruptly disconnected after giving us a rate that we were going to book. Very disappointed in the hotel/concierge/management.
