Springs beach house with heated pool

Newly renovated property in 2018 and professionally decorated! Four bedroom, two and a half bath house nestled in the heart of the springs. The property hosts a huge backyard and heated pool. Also, just a few minutes from the springs general store and East Hampton villiage. My kids have coined it the "fun house.” The home is perfect for families with bunk beds and basement filled with toys, tepee and tv. The home is perfect for families with 5 TVs, bunk beds, 2 grills, bikes, surfboards, paddle boards, etc.

We are now have our 4 door beach truck available for rent too. The truck can be yours to use for the entirety of your stay. It will come with has beach passes, car seats, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Please inquiry separately.

My wife and I bought the home last year as an escape from the city for us and our 2 boys. We use the home for most the summer and most weekends throughout the year. Our draw to the area was the beach vibe and upstate feel you get in the springs. Plus a surf a lot and wanted to be close to some good beach and point breaks.
